@little mirage Hi, the Star Atlas don't return to your wallet. They go in your inventory and you have to "Claim" them in order they return to your wallet. You have to pay some fees for the transaction

Don’t think i did ask order to buy. Clicked on 1 with a price and then did it in USDC said it went through. Then bought next one which said it went through. Third one also said went through and it’s this one which arrived. Sorry how can I check outstanding orders? Thanks

Your problem should be solved by going to https://app.step.finance/#/dashboard . Connect your wallet there and go to the dashboard, scroll down a little bit and you should see open orders or unsettled balances.
If you see an open order, cancel it and post a new one (remember to add 0.23% extra USDC to cover Serum fees). If you see unsettled balances please click on claim and you should receive them in your wallet.

If your buy order is still open just means the amount you put in doesn’t meet the sellers amount. You either wait for someone who wants to sell it to you at your stated amount or you cancel, claim back your Atlas and resubmit. Don’t forget that if you click on the lowest asking price, you still need to add the fees into the amount and have enough Sol for the transaction then if that goes through you will see “settle” in app.step.finance where you will need to click on that to claim your ship.

Buys are folks wanting to buy at that price which you just joined the queue. Ask prices are the sellers asking for buyers to grab one at their price. You can either wait for a seller to meet your buy price or you can cancel your order and submit a new one at the lowest ask price but you also have to add the fees to that price.

go app.step.finance under dex and you should see your buy order there. If it's open then you didn't get it and you can choose to cancel and resubmit at the lowest ask price + fees. If you see settle then you just hit settle and you should see it in your inventory.

Also, why is the return notes in Solana instead of the currency I set up the transaction with?

you can claim from star atlas inventory directly (if not showing up, try CTRL + F5 then reconnect wallet, should appear)
Otherwise you can check and claim also from that wallet dashboard https://app.step.finance

The badge isn't mandatory, it will give access to exclusive content, but we don't have any definition on that specific point.

it means your order didn't filled. You have an open buy order on the market waiting to be filed by a sale.
If you want to instantly fill you order, you need to use the Ask value (on the market)

note, you will have to settle fund balance when cancelling an order.
Use step finance for that, it's very useful and responsive.

Your problem should be solved by going to https://app.step.finance/#/dashboard . Connect your wallet there and go to the dashboard, scroll down a little bit and you should see open orders or unsettled balances.
If you see an open order, cancel it and post a new one (remember to add 0.23% extra USDC to cover Serum fees). If you see unsettled balances please click on claim and you should receive them in your wallet
