Hi. I haven't messed around with Sage labs for ~6 months or so. I got my phantom wallet set up and connected, but it seems as though my ships are gone? I'm going to the port of entry and it says I cannot withdraw or deposit anything to starbase.
Just wondering if there were any updates that might have "relocated" my ships

Well, after that, the team just disappeared
So, I actually made it work. I'm at work, and looks like it was triggering the firewall or something like that. I connected through my phone hotspot and it works fine now. Maybe check if it's triggering something on your firewall or antivirus. Will open the next ones from home 🙂
I opened a 1 card pack earlier and got the "something is taking longer than expected" error, the pack isn't burned, now this pops up when i try to open again.
After that, 2 platinum cards burned out. I don't see them anymore.

Its been a while since I have opened my Star Atlas. I moved my fleet a long time ago to a starbase, mud faction. How can I find my staked ships, of fleet through a search? I visiiited the new Atlas on Epic used a ledger vs Phantom in the Original staking of faction fleet/ just can't locate my damn ships
If you played Sage before, try checking labs.staratlas.com
Your ships might still be in the old iteration of sage
Having said that, check your inventory as well in case you might have received crew pack drops
A lot of my crew don't show up om my edge browser now matter how many times I refresh or clear my cache. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

I'm looking in the my crew card page. I specifically want to use edge or I wouldn't be complaining. I can't screenshot on chrome for some reason and I want to catalog my crew before sending them into starbased
There's apparently 1 crew member that doesn't show up on chrome either. My wallet says I have 264 but the crew page says I only have 263
I'm not as worried about that as I am about the edge thing. I prefer edge over chrome so I hope there's a better solution then just don't use that browser lol

For some reason that wasn't working for me. I ended up downloading a screenshot extension. It's a little more work but I'm at least able to get the pics I need. Thanks though bro!
So we'd be able to see our crew in both? That would be sick. I didn't send my crew right to Starbased so I could do this but it's gonna be a nightmare when I go to send them over lol
What did you press to bring that up? When I hit shift+🪟+s it brings up options to take a screenshot but when I do it the pics just don't save anywhere for some reason. I search every file it could have gone to so it's definitely not saving them for some reason 🤷♂️
Edge works fine and the extension I'm using will be good enough. I'm actually able to get a little more of the pic with it so it's not all bad. It kept cutting my feet off on edge lol

Several crew members were able to be transferred, but a problem arises with the majority:
There is a message in the wallet: This transaction was reverted during simulation. Funds may be lost if submitted.
When executing a transaction: Program Error: "Instruction #2 Failed - null"
Theres a known issue with crew transfers at the moment. Team is working on it.

you have to move everything in CSS then export them out to your wallet
you can also disband your fleets so they can directly respawn in the CSS but if you have any resources or cargo, they will get destroyed
As for the crews, yes, they will be used in the new version so once you have moved everything the new version, you'll have to move your crew there as well

I have enough SOL but no ATLAS left, pulled out all supplies ammo toolboxes but still have a Pierce X5 , 1 OpalJetJet, and 2 Opal jets I can dock and undock, but not move to wallet, doesn't show in inventory, If I respawn, I'll get my ships back?

Hi guys, i still have 25 crew missed and tomorrow i will not have enough people to run my sage operations, already opened a ticket few days ago but still the issue persist, is there anything we can do tomorrow to not missing progress/production?

I've kinda been waiting for some of the initial bugs to be sorted, however I still have crew that are missing. I can't see Legendary cards that I know I have. They are not in my wallet or in starbase inventory. This a common theme or do I need specific ticket support? I'm guessing this is wide spread issue since I get the red transaction error when trying to move any from starbase inventory.

I've have been encountering a few issues of late, which I will share!
Ever since version 3.0.129 in starbased, I have kept on needing to refresh just to get get a couple of minutes of login time ! Then my phantom wallet needs my password again for any function to work ... I literally have tried everything under the sun in order to fix this issue but I still only get a short window of time before my based functionality runs out of time. Its roughly one minute of time and then my based doesn't work....
I'm using chrome browser with phantom wallet. My auto-lock timer in phantom wallet is set to 1 - hour as we speak.
My settings in based are as follows:
Priority fees: active
Is anyone having the same same issue?

Regarding the wallet issue, I can recommend using solflare for sage. Its a much better experience imo and you only need to import the seed phrase from phantom
Do you have other extensions installed? I would recommend setting up a new Chrome profile with a clean new Phantom install (export & import private key so you have access to your account there), and try again.

im using v24.14.0 now and there is the same issue: i have to refresh the screen once i click on certain functions such as Stop Mining, , etc etc.
But when I click refresh the browser screen, I log on, and then I'm able to complete the command that I couldn't , just a few seconds ago! go figure.
This is unfortunately relatively common in the current version. Sometimes the UI does not update after you executed certain actions, and a refresh is needed.
That said, it should not happen all the time. Also, the other issues you described sound much more exotic 😅
Yeah, that is again part of the quirks that exist in the current version. It works for a while, then a refresh is needed and then it works for a while again. Your mileage may vary, but this is not out of the ordinary unfortunately 😅

If the answer is yes, then you can safely open it. You can not be scammed by opening Crew Packs through the official(!!) website.
If, instead, you see this in your wallet, and not in your Inventory on the Play-portal, and it comes with a URL in it (text, or on the image somehow) then it is a scam.

Same happened to me
This is a normal behavior. The transaction always burns the packs.
Then some seconds later the crew backend will pick up the burn tx, mints the crew and sends it to either Sage or the wallet.
See my attached screenshot. The bottom tx is the mentioned tx from above. Then, some seconds later, the crew backend mints the crew for the wallet. Looks good to me.

I'm having an issue with confirming any transactions in starbased. I tried ending a mining session many times but the transaction is red flagged. As the last resort I tried "destruct" but again the transaction is not completing. I play exclusively on mobile currently, pc in my plans though. What can I do?
Mobile is tough, starbased is currently not optimised for it.
Restart the app, make sure you have enough sol (at the very least 0.02).
Dont know what else you could do on mobile, using a browser might help.

the missing crew will be addressed and you will still have your old crew but they are tagged as Episode 0. The rerolled crews are Episode 1. Only the Episode 1 crews will be available in the game and compatible once SAGE integrates with UE5

Thats what's upsetting. After this change my rare and epic crew look exactly alike for multiple pairs. Being able to see what I could have had is great but it's 100% not the same.
Like what was the point in the whole grand crew pack opening if they were just gonna change them a week later. I'm just disgusted. I honestly don't like any of my new crew

Appreciate it bro. It really is super frustrating. I seen what my epic looks like om tensor and there's nothing special about it. Especially compared to the crew I lost. I know I kinda still have them but we waited for a long time for this. If they weren't ready they shouldn't have had us open our packs. If anything change the algorithm for all packs opened after the update was decided. It's not fair that we've all been showing off crew we loved just to lose them days later.
And what happens when we get crew we like and they decide to make episode 2?

Some of my crew are missing. These were not deposited in sage, and were visible two days ago, but are not now. Of course my legendaries are missing.

Can you check if the missing crews are visible in your wallet?
or if you can see them in case you are looking at secondary in Tensor?
Phantom says "We've reached the limit for the number of collectibles that can be displayed right now. It shows 100 crew more than the play.staratlas crew page, but still short of the total.
Tensor shows the full amount of crew (I think), but I can't find a way to filter my inventory, so I assume everybody is there.
Since they are showing in Tensor, should I just wait for a fix?

That is a visual bug that the team is aware of
as long as you have the right number of crews in your wallet, you should be ok.
and I suggest working on your wallet as well. if you have so many items, especially NFTs in one wallet, you might want to consider arranging them. or sending other NFTs to different wallets
You can also use step.finance to check the NFTs in your wallet
Ok, thanks. The only NFTs in my wallet are my SA ships, crew, resources, etc. And the wallet does not show the full amount of crew, but it does show more than the SA crew page.
I will wait a day or so and see if it sorts itself out.
on Tensor you can filter the inventory (as well as listings) using the Traits tab item at the top (or on the left, if you activate the filter)

are you past your scanning cooldown? sometimes itll glitch and let you scan sooner than your cooldown and itll always result in 0.0%, but if you refresh and wait for the correct cooldown itll be fine again
ive not ever seen a cooldown...
is not using any food or tool kits... but continuing to show 0% even in center of map
all ships have a cooldown ranging from roughly 60 seconds to 130 seconds. but if its continuing to happen and its been well over 3 minutes then that might not be the case here
btw, a too long or too short cooldown happens when the clock of the computer isn't synced.

Thats at least what I remember the one time I cancelled a craft
So, even if my crafting is at 99.99 % , by mistake I cancel it then the full process is redone, my crew utilized for that much time for nothing

Apparently the problem was solved, but mine still. The problem with the open ticket still persists. The pack was opened, but the crews did not appear in the CSS (nor the wallet).
