All day problem, now i just put 3 fleets on mining but 1 is still stuck, i go to sleep maybe tomorrow will be ok, usually i can put 4 fleets 21 or 16 times to go on mining, but today only 13 times but i am active until 5:30 in the morning haha ,is on to many people probably and stuck
For everyone experiencing problems with marketplace and labs right now, it's a User Interface issue so whatever you did probably worked, it's just you can't see the result yet. The marketplace and labs are half an hour behind the blockchain. Check back later. Of course this makes labs totally unplayable. Maybe a mod or team member can enlighten us as to when this will be fixed, without just blaming it on Solana congestion?

Hello, I've been having an issue for a long time with claiming the POLIS rewards from staking ATLAS in the DAO website. The rewards from staking POLIS can be claimed with no problem, but the ATLAS ones fail every time (message: Transaction reverted during simulation). Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

It is because of the fixed fees on transaction I'm guessing. Because of congestion fees need to be higher to be executed. Currently we can not change and /or customize the fee ourself. Don't know why Star Atlas is not posting on this!?!? And make us aware of the problems of the fixed fees and relation with congestion on the sol chain. Kind of missed opportunity if you ask me...
@dense pond We are experiencing instability in Labs due to Solana experiencing heavy usage and since we don't have the priority fees feature in Labs yet, this can lead to some failed transactions.
Some have reported to us that it works better with Phantom and you could also try at a different time of the day when Solana is less used.
Our team is aware of the situation and we expect it to be resolved with the release of Starbased.

Yeah it has nothing to do with solana's volume. The transaction is getting through, it just gives you: Program Error: "Instruction #1 Failed" everytime.

The locker is now designed to automatically correct any issues every 24 hours but if your problem persists, please feel free to create a new ticket, share a failed transaction and I'll report it

if not, maybe you have the ships on sage labs: https://labs.staratlas.com/, and first you need to send them to the CSS star base, and after that disband any fleet and withdraw them to your wallet.

My ships have been stuck in mining for 116H now. I understand some of you are rich but these $1200 worth of ships is a lot to me. I invested in something and i expect to be able to use it. SAGE Labs ran great until it was time to "slow emissions" and now my ships get stuck for any unspecific amount of time

I cannot exit warp currently. I tried it 40 or 50 times.
Normally I get a toast message even if the txs fails or timeouts (because Solana is congested), but currently I get no toast message. Just nothing.
I tried all known workarounds (labs v1, v2, sage, atlas prime, etc). And of course I have enough Sol in my wallet.

Since a month or so, it doesn't work anymore, no error message, the bot (try to) create a transaction for resupply but it does not appear on Solscan ?
Before you ask, my RPC (Alchemy) works fines :-).

I think it has nothing to do with congestion. When the problems started there was no congestion. Also in times of congestion, it will work after several tries. But I tried it 100 times in the meantime. Even with priority fees.
Also: There is no toast message "Something went wrong", which was always shown when the tx wasn't executed and/or the tx had a timeout. I think the problem is on Sage's side.

After disbanding, nothing. Hanger was empty. And when i click create a new fleet, some of the ship has just disappear. It was really quick because i wanted to use some crew and when i see the number of crew available, i know something was wrong. I directly go to create a new fleet a realise which one are missing

I remember, when i was creating the fleet the first time, that not all the ship was added at once (maybe because of solana network). I had to add the few last ship (that i have already selected the first time) and add them to the fleet he create, ti have them all. Is it possible that, like fleet creation, the game miss some ship at the disband? Ans now that the fleet is disbanded, the missing ship a no more accessible?

Based will give you a random RPC when you start the app. If you press F12 and reload the app, you can see the chosen RPC in the first line of the console tab. But currently all RPCs don't seem to work (Triton, Helius, Quicknode, Hellomoon).

When I try to log into the game, with the wallet, I get to choose one of my accounts (image in attachement), there is no address coresponding to the address on solscan (8gmxDRrtpScCsdwJs2PSgjJy9McF3r71GTMYtZwPL9Bd) even tho I was using only this single wallet and only this single computer. On April 4th I was able to log into the account and transfer those ships from my wallet into star based, but whole system was not working properly so I gave it 2 days, but still no change. I no longer have those ships in my wallet, but neither inside the game. Any ideas?

Solana network being slow isnt going to be satisfactory exucse any longer because Starbased is working. The support for the game is there and its not at SAGE Labs.

Scared about it, opened a ticket but based on conversation it seems there is no solution at all, issue for me is that some of my ships are simply gonne after a disband, they are nowhere, not on wallet or starbased... I did not complained about the faction claims but got the resources also stuck there, hope the team fix all those issues soon...

A buddy of mine ran on this issue, as far as I checked the resources are burned but the craft result ( in your case Polymer ) is not there and that is why you cannot claim and you cannot cancel and withdraw. You will need to wait for dev team to implement some kind of fix for that or recovery panel that will at least unlock your craft. For now I cannot think of any workaround to get the crew unlocked
I noticed a weird bug, I have placed a buy order for the ships. 10$ let's say, after the price changed I have increased it to 10.8$, however it still appears in the marketplace as 10$, while in my order tab the correct 10.8$. No matter how many times I refreshed and reconnected the wallet, used incognito, but it still shows this.

did you cancel the previous order? If you have two orders at the same time for the same recourse/ship only one will show. After the first is completed then the next one will show.
check your current orders tab to see if there are two orders there
I have tried cancelling it 3 times, so the tab was clear, then placing the order again.
Also, I suspect all other orders are old, since they all show 15 hours, but I am 99% sure that new orders were placed, or changed.

I had that issue on Friday night, today morning they were back, but few moments ago most of my XX ships are gone again after a disband, even after hard reload of the page that red strip is not appearing again...
just figure it out, the disband was on mud css but half of the ships were sent to mud 4, some crazy bug...
There was some progress made today on Starbased side of the game.
Havent tried out LABS yet
So what happens to LABS on the 16th? All my ships and resources get stuck here forever?
You should be able to pull them out but no other game functions will be active
So how will i get from MRZ35 to CSS if nothing works?
I cant move them now theyve been stuck for a week in the same spot
Ive got 17 trips left to make with the resources on MRZ35
The ships at CSS cant be withdrawn either
So on the 16th how will all of this be possible?
Is there no function where you can end this entire game and just return all the items to all the wallets they belong in?
If we're not going to maintain the platform for top performance then why even leave it up and running?
kindly try using a different wallet and a browser and if you are using a vpn, try connecting to labs using a different location. that will help you reconnect to a different instance in the backend.
Also, there's an on-going solana performance issue that affects all of the game functions

like for Phantom I believe they are using priority fees
most of the community members in labs need to do their txns multiple times. actually the same goes for based players
need more hard refresh as I would hope but if you really need to pull out your assets, it will really need some time
There is a big difference in the performance of LABS and Starbased
all being said rest assured, the team won't let anyone asset get stuck in labs
I want to get my electromagnets from MRZ35 to CSS and the rest of my copper wire as well
Now the transport fleet cant dock on MRZ35 for the last 5 days

I was also unable to supply my ships etc.., what worked for me is that I withdrew one ship and it just suddenly made successful transactions.

you can still transport all of it after the 16th, you just cant mine, craft and scan anymore. There is no rush.
Also looks like the solana guys are quite confident about the update on april 15. Should be way easier to transport everything afterwards (hopefully).
I personally would wait the 6 days out.

Idk if it's because I used V2 but it was working
So I decided to go for another lap
My fleet is at MRZ35 now waiting to exit Subwarp

Guys when you have time you need to fix this is confusing I was searching the 6+ ships because it shows me in the game that only 1 is mining, after I return in the base and understand that they are 7 , it confusing thanks
And that fleet doesn't want to start with mining until I don't return several times in the base , and then they start with mining, fix some bugs please thanks

can there be a specific problem of crafting a certain material? for example, in an MRZ planet, i can't craft copper, even though i can craft it elsewhere.. it turns ''reverted to...''

i mean from copper ore to copper, it is available on all stations but in MRZ.14, i can't craft it.. but i can load/unload it
