I guess you are referring to the ship specs spreadsheet - if yes, the AU/s should be like KM per hour or miles per hour. In that case AU per second but I forgot what was the exact meaning of AU. I know 1 au is the distance between two sectors in a straight line. You can use the Eveeye map to measure distance:

Amy chance you get Atlas prime enabled? If so then best to disabled it because it will charge you premium in atlas and refund in SOL. Not sure what you are trying to craft, but it sounds like on of the recipies that require SDUs in them. If so, then keep in mind that the charge for the token creation should be refunded when you cancel and withdraw or when you finish the crafting. However if you do so with Atlas prime enabled you lose part of the refund.
Not sure if it is really supported on phone, although I am able to run V1 just fine in my Solflare wallet integrated browser on my android Phone. Maybe try to clear the cache and try again?

I had to turn off the atlas prime option and use sol for transacting. Seems like the conversion process is problematic now and errors out.
I always have SOL Fees on. That's not the problem for me. I threw my notebook out of the window (usually happens to me when I (have to) "play" Labs for 2 days in a row) Now it works again 🥳

I'm having issues refueling / rearming my fleets in SAGE. It fails everytime and in the program-log I find an error "authority mismatch".
I still can sign any other transaction and they work perfectly, but refueling / rearming doesn't.

It's a SOL issue. Crafting/subwarping/mining are SOL transactions, so when SOL crashes SA will become unresponsive.

if you are referring to the marketplace, txn fees are charged in Solana. It should usually be very minimal unless you are buying a new asset where it has to create a token account in your wallet that usually charges around 0.02 solana

Devs, there is a small bug with discount fee's not updating after some time of being idle, like you get 6% charge instead of 5.4% when you try to sell, so you have to reload and disconnect/reconnect the wallet a couple of times to get it working again.

Hi. I have a crafting instance that does not appear in the list at the starbase. The resources and crew were taken but the instance never appears. Does the menus work and crashes only on loading the maps ? You could try increasing the paging file allocation , showroom does need quite of bit of RAM .
Since Dec 22 more than half of my fleet has lost/unusable. 74 crew members are lost from a corrupted craft at the CSS. I've had a ticket open since Jan 9th with some interaction with support. As of today this has not been resolved and my requests for updates are ignored with "will check with team". I'm upset that this team is unable or uncaring enough to get this fixed. I never thought that my assets were at risk with this game. Shall I tell others about this risk? COME ON I WANT THIS RESOLVED1111

Thanks all. The ticket was resolved, but FYI it seemed that the only way to get the craft to show was to change wifi connections. Switching to a tethered connection with my phone and then switching back fixed it.

Hello, I have regrouped my fleet on MUD CSS and I have lost two ships in the process. I have searched the entire map, all hangars, inventories and my wallet and I am now missing an IMP TIP and an Airbike. The Airbike was displayed twice again very briefly under "deposit or withdraw ships". Is this a known problem? How do I get my ships back? And now i cant even connect my wallet to enter sage labs. Need help 😦
Gm, how can I get support? (I'm trying to unstake my claim stake tier 3, but it isnt willing to be unstaked ) seems to be a contract issue or something -> Phantom message: "Transaction(s) reverted during simulation". Wallet is holding 0.37 sol so that's not the issue.
quick fix, create an order for 1 cent or 1 atlas on the marketplace, this creates a token account you need to unstake, after unstaking you can cancel the order
probably a display bug, it happned to me as well, check on https://atlas.eveeye.com/?m=Galia Expanse&o=nodeout_blk,node_r,sub_r,tag_fac,sector_none,con_none,etag_none,dark on the top left you can paste your wallet address and check your fleets
so the ships are there just not shown in the fleet
you able to use the fleet normally no penalty or such

crafting crew is taken from ships which are not in a fleet
so to use the 4 crew you would need to disband that fleet

I can no longer see SAGE resources in my Phantom Wallet across multiple accounts. Eg. Power Source / Copper Wire are in my wallet. They are listed as transferred in, but I can't see them in my NFT collection. Any ideas?
can you check if in the hidden items category? but can you confirm that you can still see them in your inventory in the site?
..sorry should have mentioned that. I can't see them in the "hidden collections" either. I can see them in SAGE inventory and also the SA marketplace can see them - but not Phantom. So I can't transfer them to another wallet.
Can you try looking into each SA collection in your wallet? sometimes they are grouped in a weird way
otherwise, I suggest reaching out to Phantom support as well.

Trying to get into sagelabs for a few days now, but it's unplayable fornme half of the time. I am running chrome on a mac in Thailand and when I log on I can't do anything for ten seconds or the game will crash. When I get to play, oftentimes orders simply get lost. Help! If you're using V2, see if V1 is better for your current set-up.

No way you lost your fleet, should be there. You can try:
- Checking the crafting processes if there are currently any active crafters - this could point you out to where you disbanded as you might have done so in order to have crafters available
- Checking out the hangar/deposit and withdraw ships menu of your faction starbases ( start with the CSS and move to the others that you might have visited and disbanded the fleet )
Also there are some bugs in Labs v2 where the fleets that you disbanded won't show in the interface - hard refresh ( CTRL + F5 ) and check again. Another option is to try V1 interface and see if they are available there: https://v1.labs.staratlas.com/

everything is a solana txn 0.000005, except solana token account creation, these are 0.02, but you get the token accounts back as soon you close them, its an automated process, so as soon you interact with any asset it creates token accounts, same goes for fleets and cargo
so each time you transport or mine things, cargo token accounts get created for your fleet these usually get closed when you unload, but when you disband a fleet a message will pop up in the starbase that you have open cargo accounts when you press it you get the solana token/renting account fees back
so with prime enabled it takes atlas and you get sol back

First of all - don't trust any DMs you get, they are most probably scammers. Second and most importand - do not share your wallet private keys or seed phrase with anyone.
Are you sure you are entering the correct private key? The thing you are experiencing usually happens when you try to import a non-existing wallet at least from my experience

Go to the inventory and claim all unclaimed tokens if you have any. (the red bar at the top)
After that try again to claim the crafting resource.

It also takes many attempts to start R4 crafting, if it works at all. Star Atlas is not seriously playable like this.

I just tried to craft 1000 copper ore into copper.....it thought about it for a while, then it seemed to get the usual instance create dialog box...but once I clicked on confirm from Phantom wallet,
the craft did not appear in the Instances tab....
and yet i seem to have lost the 1000 copper ore!

My recent history / transactions list is not available in Phantom Wallet from within chrome or brave browser...
Tried all the usual crap......cache/cookies/privacy from within browsers deleted, etc, etc, etc,
my phantom wallet on the browsers does not show me any balances either...strange right....BUT
on my Mobile version of Phantom wallet, every transaction shows including the balances...
and including the sent copper ore transaction as well as the subtracted atlass token
something weird is happening?
so i now clicked on my instances tab in LABS and the craft actually showed up after approximately 20 minutes...

Hi, anyone else having problems with ledger phantom wallet in SLABs, Faction Fleet and Faction Claims? When I approve transaction in Phantom Wallet, it doesn't send to the Ledger. It works fine to claim in the DAO and sending stuff out of the same wallet, so don't think the issue is on my side. Do I need to create a ticket? Thanks

First off, don't accept any DMs from people you don't know. lots of scammers lurking here. as for your inquiry, I believe there are scripts being used by the community but I am not 100% sure in terms of how those scripts work. note that they are community developed and not by the official SA team.

The wallet works fine with the Ledger to send stuff out to another account but it can't confirm any action whenever i'm trying to interact with the marketplace or try to claim rewards on faction fleet or faction claims. I have already created a ticket. If you create one as well, it will signal this as an issue experienced by more than one player.

returned from a 3 week travel yesterday, wanted to get started in SA again so i got my ledger out and connected it as usual. however i cannot confirm any transaction on the device, phantom pops up with the window saying i shall confirm on ledger but nothing ever reaches the ledger. i then updated the solana app, restarted, nothing changed. blind sign is enabled. so its similiar as the issues described above however i cannot send ANYTHING out of my wallet. what is happening. any ideas what i can do?
when in ledger management i have to confirm several times on the device, so the connection is good and its the right ledger. just with phantom it doesnt work
ok, fixed it. for those who ever may have a similiar issue, deleting the wallet on phantom and then connect hardware wallet again did the trick for me

Ok. So it appears that we are more and more to experience a HUGE problem. I've just tried to reinstall my wallet on Chrome (i'm usually using Brave) in a reattempt to access my assets. The result is the same : there is no interaction possible with the market, or faction and with my ships in general. It's extremely worrying because it simply means that my assets are frozen and inaccessible. I therefore urge the team to do something about this issue that seems obviously coming from SA and not from Phantom or Ledger.
At this point, i just want to safely withdraw my ships from Faction.
I just tried to stop mining in the 3 D version of labs, the transaction went to my ledger, but then failed. Faction fleet and old Labs still don't send the transaction to the Ledger.
All the same for me and it's still impossible to withdraw ships from Faction. The ticket i've created is left unanswered, i'm starting to get nervous here.

Hm, did you tried checking if you have the token for the nft in your wallet. I know that some people close them from apps like step.finance to get the sol rent back and then when they try to withdraw the ship from faction fleet it bugs out.
Workaround is to create an order to buy the ship on the market for as little as possible ( 0.001 usdc or something like that ). This should recreate the token in your wallet. Then close the order and try to withdraw from faction fleet again.
p.s. you should be able to see if you have the token accounts in step.finance in the accounts page:
in my case all the ships shown here are currently in faction fleet and I have 0 ballance of them in my wallet. But the accounts are there

Do you see the token accounts for them as shown in my screenshot above? If you do, then you do not need to perform the order trick for the marketplace.
If yo do experience issues connecting the marketplace I assume that you are also getting an error in the web console stating something like "Failed to join room" ( can't remember the exact one ). If that is the case trying some kind of VPN in incognito mode of the browser ( incognito is to make sure you start with clear cache for the web page, VPN is to try connecting to the rpc from a different location ) might do the trick for you
Ok, so I can claim my Atlas emissions ok with ledger on step.finance. is there a way of withdrawing my fleets from faction fleet or SLabs on step.finance as well?
@whole crescent i've tried the VPN thing with no results. But i can see my assets on step fi. And i can also claim the Atlas emission on it. But no way i can interact with SA UI. It doesn't send anything to the Ledger, whether i'm on incognito mode, VPN or not
Unfortunately I don't have a ledger to test with. It seems that the issue is related to it. I know that there might have been a few recent updates on the site to enable priority fees and that might have affected the functionality using ledger - that is just an assumption from my side.
Seems like something Devs should investigate, if there is a ticket they are most likely already looking at it. Hope it is fixed soon
I've created a ticket yesterday so i hope they are investigating but still no news for now. Anyway thanks very much for your help. I'm off to bed to go to work early and i'll look into this tomorrow. I'm sure it'll be fixed in the end. What would be reassuring, though, is a message from the devs saying that they can at least simply unstake the fleet and claims from faction to get access to it. gm guys. I've followed Darwiin's advice and went to Ledger Live to check for an update. If you need to do so, go to "My Ledger" on the bottom left of the app, then proceed to download version 2.1.0 (the latest). It will automatically update the device and the solana app on it and it does the trick to interact once again with SA UI. Many thanks to Darwiin and to you guys in the community-support channel ! It's a relief to see this issue solved !
