I'm guessing this is part of the Hello Moon issue that is affecting Starcomm. It's not usually a good idea to depend on another company to make your product work. It's better to build it all yourself, IMO. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

For everyone having problems with the marketplace: Ignore the page unresponsive error or click wait. The order book will load in 3-5 minutes. Once loaded, most of it seems to work okay. It is running very slow at the moment. The "My orders" screen doesn't work for me, so you may want to track your orders through Step Finance until the problem is fixed.

What is the last thing you remember doing in Sage Labs? It is possible that you disbanded the fleet on another space station ( not CSS ) and now the ships are sitting there. If that is the case you might need to go and check each of your fraction space stations and see if they are in any of the hangars. You can enter each station by selecting its sector and then clicking navigate to sector:

I started with Labs today. I deposited all my consumables in the starbase. I loaded fuel and ammo to my fleet, moved it, and redocked again. And now the remaining of my inventory is not accessibles. I see zeroes. I can see them in mobile Phantom browser but selecting fleet doesn't seem to work there. And that's fine, the UI seems to be built for the desktop browser. every base has its own inventory, if you have stuff in main bas (css) you can transferr them in and out of wallet. You cannot trasfer in and out of wallet from other bases, but you can transport stuff to CSS as cargo in ships to do so.

good way to start is to dig some hydro in the main base ( CSS ), then craft some into fuel so you can have extra fuel to fly around. Keep in mind that when you do take a trip to another base you need to calculate fuel for returning to CSS

Some operations like finishing mining and I think unloading cargo or something like that eat up a lot of ATLAS or SOL. It's much more than the mined resources are worth. I keep losing ATLAS instead of making anything. It would be cheaper to buy it on market. Am I doing something wrong?

You’re probably thinking of the solana rent account fees I think. When you form a fleet it opens a rent account for your fleet. When you disband you’ll get it back. Same for resources or scanning. It’ll open a rent account for that item in your fleet then when you return and drop off cargo you’ll get it back. Also note that the same applies for that item in your Starbase inventory I think too. Does that kinda make sense?

Kinda 🙂 Right now I'm mostly darining my account. I saw a postitive balance change once or twice but so far I'm way below starting point. I hope it could get back closer to at least what I initially had. I would understand some costs are required but seems too big. We'll see, I guess.

I had similar issue not long ago - everything except one fleet was working. In my case it seems that I needed to wait some time for the transaction to process ( probably your first transaction was ok and afterwards every other a fail ). Usually it might appear so if you have disbanded a fleet in a base other than CSS. If that is what you have done you can find your ships by checking the "Deposit or Withdraw ships" menu in the other star bases of your faction.

That is a separate issue - you might want to wait a bit, sometimes the transaction get stuck and needs time to pass. Just in case check your Solana balance - I thin you need to have at minimym 0.02-0.03 in your wallet to perform an action. Ive been "playing" Star atlas for a little while now. I have a fleet in the Faction fleet Collecting Atlas and a fleet in Sage Labs. Im not enjoying the mining side. Its to slow and tedious. I can refuel and restock my Faction fleet BUT when I go into labs I cant sign my wallet to do anything. All I want to do is remove the LABS fleet and add them to my Faction fleet. I am busy with Support but i fear they are to busy to help. Is anyone else had this issue?

1. Make sure all your fleets/ships are in your faction CSS ( the central base )
2. Disband all your fleets ( from the Hangar menu ) once they are all in CSS
3. Go to inventory and press the red ribbon msg on top - this will refund you the rent for making the fleets in the first place
4. Go to deposit and withdraw ships and transfer the ships back to your wallet.

I have just recently transferred some ships from Sage to Wallet so it should be fine. Do you get any errors on any of the steps I described above?

P.S. Dont trust any DMs or friend requests from serever

I am also finding that I cannot subwarp this fleet anywhere. I get a similar error when trying to relocate this fleet anywhere (even one sector over).

I have noticed other fleets taking several minutes to show as being docked. I suspect there might be a building problem with Docking/Undocking.

He shouldn’t use his main SA ledger to send the golden tickets if he holds a substantial amount of assets on his ledger. It’s better to isolate the assets to reduce third party risk. If he doesn’t have a lot of golden tickets I’d suggest using a hot wallet. He might try using the ledger through phantom or solflare, also make sure blind signing is turned on in the ledger setting

Star Atlas Food is no longer showing up in my Phantom wallet Chrome extension (v. 23.16.1) as of about 24 hours ago. I sold part of my supply and kept 30,942 in my wallet. It is showing up on Solscan when I look up my wallet address, but there is no sign of it in Phantom. I deleted my Ledger wallet from Phantom and added it back thinking that might fix the issue, but no luck. I also turned Phantom off and then back on, cleared cache & cookies, restarted browser (Chrome), but that didn't work either. Phantom support has not been helpful. They say Food is not an NFT, and that it comes from a different provider, and that I shouldn't interact with it. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I haven’t messed with ether in years but best way is to sell or swap the ether for sol. I’m not sure what’s best but probably a cex. Then get a solana wallet like phantom or solflare and send the sol to that wallet. Test with a tiny transaction first to make sure you sent it right. After you have sol in the solana wallet go to jup.ag to buy star atlas or simply use the swap function in the solana app you choose

Cannot Warp or Subwarp.
I was unable to individually unload cargo via Hangar. Had to use the Unload All to work around.
After I was unable to Subwarp I tried re-docking, Ctrl+F5, and even disbanding my fleet.
Cleared Redundant accounts.
I am unable to re-form any fleets. Button greyed out like the Unload, Warp, and Subwarp buttons.

As additional info I led astray by the GUI Sub-warp interface which was calculating the fuel after Warp as '+' instead of '-'
So after a wrap I has 5% more ( in the GUI I mean ), but that was not real.

After the fix I too can now respawn. I just wanted to point out that I still see something strange in fuel estimations. I cannot find this reported by others, apart from this message here above: #🤝┃community-support message
Is it safe to subwarp with very small fuel margins as it used to be? I always travelled with the exact amount (computed with external software), but I don't want now to lose SDUs in cargo in case there is indeed an issue (especially if it's not an UI issue, cause I use an external software to compute quantities).

I had the same issue and lost over 400 SUD's because of it and wasn't able to do anything with my fleet once it was returned to the CSS. They fixed the issue with the returned fleet but the gas thing is a real issue.

I have run on similar issue once or twice. Do a hard refresh in browser Ctrl + F5 and check if the fleet reports in the same location. It worked for me but I had to wait some time for the fleet to start reporting the correct location. If the issue persist - best to open a ticket

That is the local password that you use to lock the wallet when playing in Showroom. Are these burner wallets that you have previously created? If they are empty and do not contain any actual assets in the game it should be safe to create a new wallet and play Showroom with it.
