easy fix, create an order for the claim you want to unstake, 1 cent or 1 atlas, that creates the solana token account you missing atm, after you created that order you can unstake and cancel the order again.

Hi guys - I am having issues with claiming and cannot view my ships in Faction Fleet. When I try to process a transaction I get the "Transaction reverted during simulation error". I've cleared browser cache, switched VPN off/on, switched to different VPN locations, rebooted computer and tried CTRL+SHIFT+R to reset but no luck. I am using Phantom wallet. It's not a wallet issue as I am able to connect with other sites and do swaps, etc without issue. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

not specifically for mining. but some of the Uster traits and ships have higher hull, armor, and shield generation which would be better for mining that the other 2 factions

I am curious if anybody has any insight on the Marketplace BOT wallets making bids. Every time a place a bid a bot outbids me by $1.00 with in seconds of my bid. The address is not attached to any player that I can see but I noticed that this wallet exists on all three of the Armstrong lines that still have Star Atlas Inventory. In theory this appears to be forcing all players to purchase full price on the Armstrong line if not allowing players to purchase anything but full price.

Is it SA's intention that "players" take advantage of other players? This "player" e.g. 6vC5BWPvqw1pkU7yP2vVM9AEUBJsVo3uViejhDNPbbJD has a bot on the MArketplace which makes the correct pricing of the assets impossible. Example: I bid 1.550$ on a claim stake, the highest bid at that time. The bot shortly after bids 1.555$. Both bids stay like this for a few days and nothing happens. Today I delete my offer and shortly after the bot does the same. A few seconds later, he puts an offer for only 1.200$. After that I put the highest offer again, this time for 1.650$ and immediately the bot overbids by 5$.

I had the same issue. It's easier to make bids at Market value, rather than best Ask.

Meaning, when you see a Seller offering at $2.50, and the best Asker is $1.50, the Market price is closer to $2.

I will say, it has little do to with players taking advantage of other players. Unless you mean to imply that is what the Marketplace as a whole is doing, then you may be right 😉

Hi, I have staked ships for two years and I am ready to withdraw and sell part of my fleet - I have attempted a couple times to do so, but something seems broken. I get a confirmation that the withdrawl was successful, but then the Ship NFTs are not released to my Wallet (Phantom). The ship enlistment screen doesn't show the fleet, so it seems that it was released, but then if I refresh the StarAtlas app, the fleet is still there and I have to try and withdraw them again. Hi, about 13 hours ago I dispanded one of my fleets at the CSS and clicked withdraw ships. Since then the two ships have disappeared. In "Deposit or withdraw ships" it says: You do not have any ships in your wallet or Starbase". I tried restarting the computer, restarting Chrome, refreshing, hard reloading, clearing the cash. The ships don't show up in my Phantom wallet, so I guess they're still in Sage labs. Any idea how to find the ships? Getting kinda nervous...

went to MRZ-29, but the result is the same - it doesn’t work. Moved back a square and returned to the station, but got no result😫

I have been play testing SageLabs for a few days. Not looked at the economics at all so far. Just having some fun and help the team debugging. Sometimes I get a low fee of ATLAS (0.2) on transactions and sometimes I get a fee of 32 ATLAS. Is there any official/unofficial explanation as to what action cost how many ATLAS in SageLabs?

hi , don't know where to write this feedback : I am a little bit angry with this bug of docking. I had enough fuel to go to MRZ-7 but impossible to dock, so I subwarp to the next location and now I don't have enough fuel to go back to the MRZ-7, I have lot of fuel into my cargo but I can't use it!!! where is the rescue option ? I have to self desctruct, loose all my cargo and respawn because of this f....g bug ... I just want to stop play because make again this travel is long... guys please correct that bug and allow us to use the fuel into the cargo and give us the rescue option, I have one medtec and one R6 but don't know how to rescue...😡 🤬 🤯

When I start LABS, a fleet appears in the center of the map, it does not let me enter the location of any of my fleets (when I go to the asset location it appears that it is in an undiscovered sector) and it does not let me enter any Starbase. I have restarted my computer, reinstalled phantom and cleared cache.

We had to shoot ourselves with the first ship because on the way to MRZ-30 we ran out of fuel. However, when I tried again, I came in from the other direction, and it worked! Thanks everyone for the advice!

i had that issue earlier. refreshing the page, relogging in, warped to the nearest square and return. after I was able to dock

Whatever causes this is getting progressively worse. I saw it occasionally leading up to today. Now its many of my interactions and I have many ships that are just dead in the water. Something about them triggers this every time. Can't load inventory... Can't fuel them, add ammo, etc. I disband the fleet and try again, even 1 ship at a time in a fleet. None of them can load ammo and get this error. Been trying all day. Any fleet I create now can't be fueled due to this error.

its been a common problem and yes, subwarping 1 tile across and back again sometimes solves it

Is there any way to get our ships out of Labs when they are at a station other than CSS? I have plenty of fuel and I've been trying to refuel my ships for 2 days in every possible workaround shown in the support threads, but either keep getting the "Transaction reverted during simulation" error or the transaction will succeed, but then after the inventory fills, it immediately withdraws back to zero.

Yep... All other resources will fill if needed. I've tried to load several resources at a time with fuel included. When these transactions succeed for some reason the fuel will then be removed from the ship cargo after it loads. The star base has a couple hundred thousand fuel in its inventory and I've attempted loading amounts that range from 1 to the entire cargo + fuel capacity.
