Your avatar will mostly be used for cosmetics, or when you decide to venture out and socialize (potentially first-person combat as well?)

From what I understand the price of ATLAS will be controlled through inflation to allow entry for new users. So if the price of ATLAS goes up a lot then additional tokens may be released. It's at about USD $0.16 at the moment. Is that the target rate it will be maintained at?
