Im way past the graphic stuff, means nothing to me as long gameplay is good. Game itself yes. Its persistent warfare meaning game ends when a war is won. Can take anywhere ffom 7 -100 days to finish. War 100(which i played last) took about 80-90 days. It was crazy tense. So map is what the map is, its a place with different locations etc. But all defences, forts, factories etc is built by players. Every weapon, rounds of ammp, artillery, shells, tanks trucks etc.. is built by players. Basically mine raw resources, refine and build weapons, Equipment and construction materials, bring all this to frontlines to build bunkers trenches, supply the frontline troops with weapons ammo and supplies.. its a crazy game

I think crypto will naturally rebound once energy prices are brought down. We know Trump is a huge proponent of reducing energy costs by reducing regulations and encouraging drilling on US soil. The natural reaction EVEN PRIOR to his actual inauguration will be to ramp up energy production and logistics. Gas prices come down, goods and services prices follow leaving more cash to be invested. My one fear is that the US economy is so bad right now that we will still have an overt recession.. currently the recession is being hidden by the treasury printing and other tricks. Anyway, not trying to give investment advice, but just my view on what will happen if Trump gets elected and has similar success to his first three years. His fourth year, of course, being marred by Covid.

Crypto is kind of funny though, it doesn't always move the way one would expect.. not like gold and silver does. I almost feel like gold and silver are investments to fall back on when times are unsure, and crypto is a luxury investment when the economy gives you too much extra money. What do you all think?

Is the UI lagging for anyone else horribly. Im using SLY as its pretty much the only way i can play this at the moment. Trying to do anything manual does not work. Transactions go through by UI never updates. My Transport fleets have done 3 trips over the last 45 minutes and the UI says they are both still mining at CSS. I have Ctrl F5 many times, clear cache. Restarted computer. Turned off SLY. Tried everything. Nearly an hour now and still shows tpt mining at CSS when i know they are not as EveEye tells me where they are. Trying my best to stay involved with this game but its making me want to walk away 😦

Do you use the hot wallet when you are working with our UI manually? If you've been in sly exclusively for a while and then come back to our UI you may need to refresh your hot wallet keys by revoking them and re-adding them. That could be your issue.

Like much Kudos to SLY.
They saw an opportunity to improve the game experience for many players. I just feel like if it is a needed component, it should be part of the core game and available to all.

It is kinda like if the UE game came out without an in game map and we just relied on SLY to provide the map and because SLY already did it the SA team has no appetite to make the map cuz SLY already did it. 😽

Would be cool if we could propose to use some DAO funds for a security audit of SLY Labs - or even better, integrate elements of SLY labs directly into the browser game so you can schedule actions and command your ships on loops and stuff.

Would be way easier to build within the game rather than having to use a TamperMonkey workaround.

I play (almost) every day without third party tools. I'm concerned about how often the UI drops it's connection and requires a hard refresh, and that's something we've been working on fixing the last few patches.

There's a separate issue where players can't join the 'room' and game state becomes stale. You'll see something like "failed to join the room" in your log when this happens. As a result your ships appear to be frozen because the UI is out of sync. Third party tools are not effected much because they don't need to use our UI to proceed, since they are calling actions directly. In some ways this is great, because it shows how reliable this can be at the most basic level.

I wouldn't call our UI unplayable. Could be improved, yes. Lacking in features that third parties have come up with, yes. In time we will address these.

I like to use eveeye and check the amount of crew at the base. The. You can assume however many out of the potential crew would be depositing. You can also check the amount of deposits pending and if its about to be full you can do small deposits

and for crafting in sage the same refresh to update the things you did
