in general whats going on right now is that there is a sell off for the smaller mining companies to pay down their debts / restructure / leave the industry etc

on top of that we have the removal of the petro dollar so a lot of other non mining companies are also selling off assets to prep for the inflation macine

combined with the other stuff going on, meaning once all the restructuring and redistribution of existing btc is sorted the market should start to recover and we hit the actual bull run

also I doubt we will see much in the way of a full bull run till post november when people have an idea of who is going to set policy

It's because they wanted to allow more teams to compete, but they didn't have enough to make 8 groups, there are only 6 groups, so from 6 groups, if only 1st and 2nd place go through, you get 12 teams and 6 games, cannot do quarter final, semi final, and final with that format, so they had two choices, or make it that some 2nd placed teams didn't go through, and keep the quarter final format, or bring some 3rd place teams through and do a round of 16.

I like that they included more teams, personally, gives lesser known teams the chance to strutt their stuff in the knockout stages.

depends, I think if the craft can be done with the amount of food in the starbase the time is correct, if there is no food the time is correct, if its too long then I think it defaults to no food but not sure, they said the time estimation was buggy and they don't have the means to fix it
