The maxhog is literally a two seater with a pilot and navigator. Where does the 1 passenger go? Does the 1 passenger just lay in the small cargo hold. On the other hand, I can see jump seats lining both sides of the cargo bay in the Mamba Ex but it holds 0 passengers? I think this passenger idea needs some more common sense applied. Regardless, I am looking forward to some passenger transport action. Reminds me of Firefly when they had to take on passengers.

everything is a solana txn 0.00005, except solana token account creation, these are 0.002, but you get the token accounts back as soon you close them, its an automated process, so as soon you interact with any asset it creates token accounts, same goes for fleets and cargo
so each time you transport or mine things, cargo token accounts get created for your fleet these usually get closed when you unload, but when you disband a fleet a message will pop up in the starbase that you have open cargo accounts when you press it you get the solana token/renting account fees back

so every asset you interact with in the game and on solana needs this token account created in your wallet

This might've been said already.... I'm surprised the Med Tech and Bounty Hunter medium and below ships don't have any passenger capacity. Med Tech would need to transport rescued crew like the Cal Ev and Bounty hunters presumably need space for the bounties (as is mentioned in the ship description).🤔

so its not network issues or low priority fees (unless your boting that will require higher fees because you get flagged as spammy)

I think it’ll be good for everyone including Maggie. Having them around for each other is good. Border Collies have a ton of energy and having another dog to bounce off of helps them drain their batteries.

And yeah they are a lot early on, they get easier as they mature.

Some food, some play, some love. They aren’t bad once you have them trained.

Really it’s potty training and basic training of the puppies that harder. They could hold their bladder 1 hour, for every one month of age early on.

That’s the toughest phase. Waking up in the night to take them out, staying on top of them those first few months.

Best to chose a faction and stick to a single account as current system your earn xp for licenses and council rank. Currently each faction has access to different starbases and their locations and resources are not exactly equal. If you start in one faction and move to other later your xp will not carry over.

Also in future it is expected that you each faction will have access to their own ship manufacturer with some specific bonuses. Currently it is expected to be something like that ( keep in mind not 100% sure on this ):

1. Mud - Weapons and Warp drives/Firepower and speed
2. Ustur - Hull reinforcements and Maneuvering thrusters/ Tanky and maneuverability
3. Oni - Heat sinks and Scanning Arrays / Stealth and Recon

I've thought a lot about this game and I really don't understand the underlying concept... it's fine that those who have invested thousands of dollars in the game can operate with economies of scale, so they can realize some profit with their game, but it seems that this is the minority.
The vast majority of those who have invested a few hundred dollars or less in the game /so that the faction fleet option is no longer available/ if they play, they realize a net negative profit due to the Solana costs... ergo the majority is disabled because the more they play, the more they lose

and the long-term viability of a given game is basically determined by the number of players
per pill basically favors the minority and makes the game impossible for the majority, and as I see it, it will remain so for a long time if something is not done to make the little ones interested in the game

It has room for the crew, and for cargo just not extra people in the form of travelers.

Compakt Hero has a passenger module and can bring along 9 travelers but can’t haul as much cargo.

When they drop modules you and me could trade if you want. Cargo module for passenger and your Chi can transport travelers.

All just trade offs.

Currently most players in starbased are using automation in order to both reduce their fees and min/max on time playing the game. Keep in mind that you will still need a good fleet in order to make enough profit and make the tx fees just a small fraction of the cost to operate

Currently it might be best if you stay in faction fleet even over the weekend if your fleet is too small. Example here is if you use the automation to mine hydrogen at css with a single Tufa feist. As you can see the Net profit is negative because the tx fees exceed the amount of profit that you would make by selling the hydrogen ( this is just the most basic strategy, but it is good starting point to start calculating ):

you can checkthe food, ammo and fuel burn per day to check if your claimstake will be able to supply all of it

again, keep in mind that maybe it would be better mining copper with the fleet, especially if you can afford the extra fuel to warp there ( as copper is harder to mine it should reduce a bit the tx costs )
