but to get that out you had to "send over a fee for processing"

never a legit exchange/mining site asked for fees for taking out the cash. lol

Cargo elevators! finally no more cargo magically appearing/disapearring in the ship upon trading. you have to manually load and unload to a cargo elevator next to the pad

and the same elevators are used for spawning vehicles/items from inventory in the hangars to load onto your ship. no more flying to an outpost to load in a tank or a buggy. everything can be done in the hangar of the home base!

A few things you can try. Usually when there's stuff that should be there and isn't showing, I route my connection through my phone's data, and it shows up. Then it magically fixes itself once I revert back to my home network. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm assuming you already tried refreshing/clearing history + cache.

they literally told us nothing new this atlas brew.... they dont know besides they will have traits. waste of time brew is what it should be called. they said u can send ur crew to universities which we already knew. then they theory crafted the rest the time saying instead of breeding maybe recruiting from univesities. so pretty much they dont know anything yet. this whole brew was theory crafting

Yeah, we said that crews will have 7 different areas of aptitudes, each of them can influence up to 14 different career paths initially, they are divided into major and minors aptitudes, and the rarity of your crew member will determine how many and how intense his aptitudes are

So let’s say your character has a flying aptitude, he will be naturally better in piloting and scanning for example

He will accrue xp faster while placed in those roles

So you can place the crewmembers to roles that fit their aptitudes

Ok. So, are these aptitudes going to be distributed for the specific roles the specific ship needs? Like if I have a F4, will the crew pack dropped for my ship contain aptitudes for 1 Pilot, 1 Navigator, and 2 Security Officers? Or are the aptitudes going to be completely random?

Not really. The aptitude matching should be only for current GAO 1 ships since those were originally promised to have full crews. Secondary ship market after snapshot will need crew members for those ships. Won't kill secondary crew market at all.

But who's going to want to have a crewmember with an aptitude to be a Janitor piloting their ship? No one. So the crew that was promised for my GAO 1 Earp bought at origination could potentially be a really poor performing crew.

I'm just saying this seems to benefit some people more than others.

That's the thing, janitor is a career, the aptitude is something like operator, which is useful for the janitor career but to other ones as well

and you can trade your janitor for a pilot, if you need a pilot
