@cold ledge mb it would help someone. About 2 weaks ago i downloaded UE5 version and played it a for a while. That day i turned all my video settings to maximum and leaved the game. Than i couldnt attend stress test and could not login to the game (it crushed roght after loading screen befoe wallet connect opt) from that day, so i remembered about my video settings change and reinstalled the game + deleted C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\StarAtlas folder which kept my config with video settings. Now it works normally

This problem happened to me as well despite I also am staking atlas I refreshed and restarted the operation a few times, in the end it worked properly. Good that you show this thing so the devs can see it and fix it 👍

It needs to make at least 1 scan to determine the chance first. If it has the move while scan option and it does not have any return fuel it will pause the scanning for some time if the chance is lower than try again.

Best way to start with only 1xxSmall in my opinion is:

1. Buy some fuel and toolkits for it from the Market.
2. Load your ship with the fuel and toolkits and undock from CSS
3. Study the SDU chance map here: https://atlas.eveeye.com/?m=Galia Expanse&o=nodeout_blk,con_none,etag_none,tag_none,sector_ws_scan_p,sub_sector,node_sov,dark
   (you might want to wait a bit until map is populated with enough data)
4. Look for sectors with good %chance that are near your css and that are not crowded.
5. Subwarp to a cluster with good %chance near you - don't forget to calculate fuel for return
6. Scan on the good sectors and get them SDUs
7. Gather enough SDUs to sell on the market and use them to cover your SOL tx fees, toolkits and fuel burn. When you gather enough buy another ships and add it to your fleet.

I guess the point is that when you get the racing in the Unreal Engine part of the game then the xxSmall racer will have more utility and you will be able to use them for their intended purpose - racing. For the current meta this is what we get.

You start making a supply chain. For example:

1. You get one full SDU scan fleet 10x xxSmall
2. You get a supply fleet. For example 2x Lowbies
3. You make a base on a starbase closer to the middle of the map.
4. Supply your scan fleet with fuel and toolkits and move the SDUs to base with the lowbies transport.

Next, scale more. Now you have 1-2 scan fleets on a base with hydrogen and you also mine your own fuel there with some xSmall x5 for and craft it to fuel right there with some xxSmall workers that are not part of your scan fleet.

Next create supply chain to a starbase with Iron, start making your own toolkits.

Next, scale even more. Now you can use your main base and send fleets to mine other resources like faction diamond, luminate and other stuff needed to craft components. Craft the components and export to your CSS with the SDUs that you found. Now craft the RFRs and sell them for 2 Atlas per piece.

Next, start taking part of the profits and invest the other part to scale even more. Expand your scanning fleets and mining fleets, optimize your supply chain or cut off the troublesome parts and buy the resources you need to craft the RFRs from the market

Something like that, I cannot guarntee that this is optimal. You can try to focus on SDUs until you get enough resources to purcase a miner ship and focus on mining from there.

Meta is changing and you need to follow the market to find what is most suitable strategy for you and what suits your gameplay

when you open an account on solaan do something new for the first time) you rent space on the chain. this is a far higher fee than a normal transaction,. and when your done, you can close that account and get that fee back

It’s specific to the fee of 53 atlas you were referring to.

It kinda has. For example:

1. When you create a new fleet you create 3 token accounts - 1 for the fleet, 2 for the fuel and ammo. When you disband the fleet you can go to inventory and claim the fees for those 3 accounts ( you will see a red ribbon in the inventory tab of the base you have disbanded )
2. When you go mining and you finish the cargo added will create a new token account and charge you some sol. After you unload it in your base the token will be destroyed and the fee refunded.

You can do a few tests in Labs and monitor your transactions to see how this works exactly. Keep in mind that it is best to turn off Atlas Prime, otherwise you get charged premium in Atlas and the fees returned in SOL will be less.

If you have the time it’s way better to do labs. If you don’t have time consider using SLYs lab assistant tool. Especially after the atlas emissions nerf in score it’s way better to do labs
