While we review every applicant for admission to CHC it is extremely competitive, much more so this year compared to any of the last several years due to a dramatic increase in application volume for our Early Action round. They do have AC, carpet, are newer and in a central part of campus.

I won't lie and say you won't be sad not to have AC in western MA in September but by October it's usually cooled down. Heats back up usually in early May but nights are usually still cool then.

I’m not sure of the rent. It might be online or you could reach out to admissions to ask. Also not sure if they have a dining hall or meal plan or if you get access to a kitchen to cook for yourself, so you would want to ask about that too.
