Hey, I was wondering what the U Rochester campus & the city of Rochester are like. I'm considering going there, and I've watched a few videos about the campus and the city itself, but I feel like I didn't really get a good idea as to whether Rochester would be a good fit for me. I'm not from the area, and I live far away.

If anyone could tell me a bit about what they think about the campus and city, that would be great! Thank you in advance!

Hey, I applied to the Ms. Marketing Analytics program on 15th Feb(R3) and had my interview on 14th March. My notification deadline is 20th April and I'm getting more anxious as that day gets closer.

I'm an international student and need some time to get everything in order before I can leave. Should I contact the admission committee or should I just wait it out till the deadline? If I do reach out to them, should I ask if they can speed up the process and explain my case? Also can anyone tell me how long the whole process took for them please?

Also, vrun, most of us are applying for undergrad, so we're unsure as to what you should do for cases such as your MS. Marketing Analytics program. Seeing that I don't know if you've already contacted them concerning this, I'd say wait a day or two and email them if not. Let them know all the details, but be sure to word your email right—don't be too pushy, but let them know it's urgent. As for how long the whole process took, I don't know, cause I'm not applying for a visa (intl domestic student lol)

Ahh got it, that makes more sense. I completely understand about the not being pushy part. I've had an email in my drafts for a week now but I'm not hitting send because I don't want it to sound too impatient or desperate. But honestly getting a response soon would be great so I can finally choose between TUFTS and this. I can't find any subs for graduate students to find more info or talk to people who have gone through the process :/

definitely the unlimited meal plan with the less declining - unlimited is great bc you can eat as much as you want as many times as you want at dining halls (even the pitt in some hours) and imo you don’t need that much declining!

10 dollars per semester is enough but if you put more it doesn’t matter cuz at the end it comes back to u unlike declining
