There is nothing that itself will get you into MIT
However top ISEF/Regeneron STS/IMO/IPHO/IOI people do tend to get in, note: tend I know an ichoer who didn't get in

I will say though as somebody who participated in these competitions, getting to the level where it actually significantly shows something can take way more effort than just doing other stuff. So only really do them if you like them because there is a significant chance you grind for the competitions, fail on competition day and have nothing college-apps wise to show for it, even though you'll have great problem solving skills and in-depth knowledge in that field

From what I've read, your GPA is evaluated under the context of your school, so if there's a lot of grade deflation going on, they'll likely take that into account

SAT score is a little low, but still pretty good, and you still have the opportunity to retake it

If you believe you'd fit in well at MIT, then it doesn't hurt to apply! Worst they can say is no, and besides, they definitely seem to care more about school fit / personality than scores

(Keep in mind I'm not an AO though - this is just the impression I've gotten after researching MIT admissions)
