For xbox one skyrim special edition, can someone please make a mod similar to "A Tale of Blood and Snow" but "for the dawnguard faction/side aka a mod that adds more main quests, side quests, radiant quests, misc quests, etc"? I am asking because I have found around 3 mods(including "A Tale of Blood and Snow") that adds more stuff/expands the vampire side but I have not really found any that does something similar to the dawnguard side.

Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions mod helps.
I have that mod but as far as in know in the buildable hearthfire homes you can only put two children's beds.
Noticed only certain mod homes add extra beds for children.

That is the only one that I found that added more beds to hearthfire homes but I am not planning on using it since when I adopt, I only adopt six kids.

I was invited to be part of a large modding project as an animator, and I work in Maya!
Unfortunately the Niftools plug-in for Maya has not been updated or maintained in 13 to 17 years so I have no way of importing the models to even begin to rig them to even do animation for the project.
Now I will not be shy in saying that I have been wanting to do modding personally for Skyrim for years! But I could never figure it out on my own!
So now that I have the opportunity to work with people to put things in Skyrim, I have the chance to figure things out right?!

So I saw in a video where they immortalized the “gaming grandma” for elder scrolls six, that they were using Maya for their modeling/rigging
So I want to politely reach out to Dev's and ask if they would kindly share the plug-in's or tool that they use to get their FBX models and animations to-and-from Maya and the creation kit so that I will be able to contribute to the community that I adore, around the game that I love so much!
Because of my autism I cannot get a handle on working in blender and there are no adequate tools in Maya to do the same thing as the home-brewed tools in blender
I am also professionally trained in 3D animation and 3D modeling in Maya/Zbrush and Substance Painter

Is it possible for to turn Winterhold, an exterior cell town, to a full on city at the end of a quest?
I have an idea that's based on supposedly cut content involving that:
- You go to the ruined city of Winterhold, post Great Collapse era, and start the quest City of Winterhold (tentative name).
- You will not be able to play the vanilla College of Winterhold questline at the present era Skyrim.
- You time travel to the past of 4E 122, where you end up at the city of Winterhold, pre Great Collapse era.
- You join the College of Winterhold, play & finish the questline as you would normally, albeit with some differences.
- When you return to present day Skyrim, Winterhold is restored back to its full glory of a great city.
In scripting terms, how feasible are my ideas?

There seems to be a bug on the Creations website: a good while ago i purchased Thief Hideouts from TheRealElianora, but it's not listed in my library when i scroll through the creations there. In fact it's even shown as if i even didn't buy it. So downloading updates from that creation is not possible for me, if there are updates.

Nvm, I just remembered that there's an Unfollow option on the website. I clicked on that and the mod dissapeared from my Library. That Unfollow option should really be in-game.

The error message states what the issue is. You very likely downloaded the LE version for Legacy of the Dragonborn. You need the SE version.

Wish there was a mod to make a weapon enchantment that made essential npcs killable. Xbox mods turn Mortality spell to enchantment.
I blame that limit that Bethesda put on ESP files.
@maiden mulch I selected Delete All in the Creations menu, but it was still listed in my Library. I had to go online to the website and Unfollow/Unsubscribe/Un-whatever the mod.

Go to website and choose library option. Next click on the lines to right to change to list view. Then you can remove the mods + from library.

It's not that hard to just make vanilla versions of the characters, is it?
IIRC you can’t use archives for PS Creations, so a lot of the custom scripts wouldn’t work. You could maybe have a dumbed down version, but it depends which specific Creation you’re talking about.
Yell yeah, not the whole mods, but the characters at least for ones like Ingio, Sophia, Rigmor, Recorder, and such.
For a lot of them you’d probably either need to take a copy of the Creation and take out all the extra stuff, or remake them from scratch and set all the conditional dialogue up as if it was just a vanilla follower. Both methods would probably be a lot of work which isn’t worth the huge amount of time it would take sadly.
If I were able to do that, I wouldn't be asking, but I get it.
Not sure how you would make Inigo using vanilla assets. He would just end up being a generic Kajiit follower with generic dialogue.

What type of mod cause the most performance issues/stutters especially in cities?
USSP, JK AiO, JK Interiors, Playerhome, Nature mods, Lighting or weather mods?
I have a good LOD with over 80 creations on Series X. The game looks so good, but the performance in cities isn’t good.
definitely jk aio. it depends on your load order, but given you’ve got a series x that’s really strange! i’m able to run JK’s on my series s with no trouble
try disabling mods individually and see what boosts your performance i’d say.

The game looks awesome, but the fps drops in the major cities 🤔 It’s ok, just a little bit annoying
Be careful with population, heavy body/beauty mods, and SMIM or anything high poly.
Yea HPP and SMIM can be a bit much with JKs. Maybe just try disabling HPP. Hard reset. And see how it goes.
There are my critical mods. Otherwise I have USSEP, player homes and individual smaller mods. Hope this helps! Don’t want to disturb you guys 😆

Grass mods can have a big effect yes. But won’t affect inside cities.
Grass and trees outside, City overhauls, mesh, population, and beauty mods inside cities.

Offhand, no, but if it helps one thing that affects whether or not such mods work is where they are placed in your load order. On Xbox the casting speed of spells is altered by edits to either the primary MagicEffect record used by a spell or to the spell's Spell record, with edits to a Spell record having priority over those in the MagicEffect record. If another mod overwrites those edits the change to casting speed can be lost. Moving the casting speed mod to be loaded after other mods can instead make it so the casting speed edit(s) are persisted over others, but at the cost of potentially losing whatever other edits mods tried to make to those same records. In order to ensure that the changes of both are persisted you would likely need a compatibility patch to resolve the conflict between said mods.

Hi folks. Returning to Skyrim after a long break from the game. Just bought the Special Edition (previously played on Oldrim). I'm looking for some mod suggestions. I can look for cosmetic mods on my own, but I would like some suggestions for (1) a mod that allows an alternative start as I would like to avoid the introduction and main story this time and just get straight into exploring, and (2) some mods that improve combat, spells, weapon animations, etc? Any hints?

I am about to install a mod but I just want to make sure I'm not making a mistake. The mod name says it's for Skyrim: Special Edition but when I get the popup for installing the mod it says its for Skyrim Anniversary Edition, will the mod still work?
For reference the mod I am trying to install is "Address Library for SKSE Plugins" but when I click install it comes up as "All in one Address Library (Anniversary Edition)-32444-11-1707902394.zip".
AE and SE are the same gave version. Only reason AE might mater is some mods do require some or maybe all of the creation club content. But it should specify that in the description.

Basically the current workaround is to only change your load order while in offline mode.

Unfortunately I don't personally know as I don't have a console. I want to say there's probably a setting for it, similar to how on PC Steam has an Offline Mode option.
Go into Xbox network settings and select offline
Oh and you need to quit the game first. Then go offline in network settings. Then when you start the game again and access creations it will ask you if you want to modify your load order offline.

hi, new to this, how would i go about making a spell that can only be cast if i have more than 100 gold?
Not sure if this will help any, but maybe try adding a Condition to the Magic Effect window.
Something like: GetItemCount, select Gold | Run On: Subject | Comparison: => | Value: 100
i tried something like that but it seems to only trigger after the spell (aimed)'s projectile hits target. i was looking for something that would trigger before, like im too poor to use the spell

Uuugh, I'm finally updating to Nature of the Wild Lands 3.0 and have been generating LODs for the last 3 days. I finally completed the process (xLODGen, TexGen, Dyndolod) only to see that Enhanced Landscapes is still enabled so I have to redo the entire process again.:'((

I don't know about mods for selling it, assuming a mod would even be needed for that, but there are multiple mods for crafting it on xbox. I have no idea if they're good mods, mind you, but searching "skooma" on bethnet and setting the platform to xbox came up with quite a few results.

Hello, does anyone know what is going on with ussep and uscccp (creation club) ? Uscccp won’t activate coz of missing files, I just had those 2 exact same mods working in a previous load order 2 days ago.
Did you have to redownload AE content? Sometimes it doesn’t all download. Check each individual creation and make sure it downloaded.

its prob tagged as an esl thru ck, which makes it a master file. there's a way to workaround that but the porter would have to manually edit the esl flag in xedit
All you gotta do is compact form ids for esl and then flag the mod as esl in the file header

So, there's a set of unenchanted Vampire Lord armor in the Legendary Dungeons: Nordic Secrets Creation. Jowever, it seems to be bugged. When equiped, it's invisible and I can equip another chest plate on top of it. This is on PC.

The new mod menu and even worse search functions on Xbox really take the fun out of modding.
The menu doesn't show all the mods by an author. Txtec author of Divergence series has less than half of his mods listed when searching. Get ctd from menu as well.

TLDR it helps find any NPC in the game
you interact with some mechanic (probably a trade window via a spell) and it brings up a list of NPCs you click on their name and it starts a miscelanious quest to go find em and places a marker
and yes i understand theres a metric ton of NPCs in skyrim(prob between 1000 and 2000 NPCs)

Home has all the features of mask placement and etc added in Creation club like houses via the use of those assets. Only makes use of AE upgrade textures and features. Best description of the house is all the wings of original hearthfire somewhat added together and pumped on steroids. No build necessary as it sits in the spot of the original Lakeview manor house. hey all I'm startubg a new laythrough and I was thinking about city overhauls. I tried JK's AIO and it was amazing but I had trouble entering/leaving whiterun and riverwood, I tried saghetti's AIO and it was awesome too, however, I ran into an issue into the game I couldn't return to Ivarstead to talk to the hammerfell spy. So Instead of asking for help I asking what do you suggest? I should also mention I am playing Skyrim AE on XBOX One
It takes a nicely optimized LO to avoid problems with JKs. Usually crashing is not a problem just FPS.

What's up yall. I'm new here so I know you can get some skyrim weapon NIFS from FO3 archive but running old versions of Java is highly-unreccomended and not safe. You need JRE 1.6 to even open the fo3 archive. Don't even know if 1.6 would be compatible with windows 11 if i did want to risk it. There has to be another way to obtain the NIF

Oh I'm certain that's the truth, sadly I'm VERY GREEN when it comes to the modding world. I try to stick to what I know works and carry on. Sometimes I get issues that don't make any sense but I try not to let it get me down. Overall my game runs pretty stable. I just wish I could have a fancy town/city LOL

I mentioned this in #skyrim-chat: is there a script or command I can use that makes effects stack/compound? Causing multiple instances of the same effect on a target.
The defining trait of Ahzidal's Freeze spell is that is slows things down, but it's barely noticeable. I want it to be able to multiply as it's cast to the same target, the same way its counterpart Ignite has its damage increasingly multiply as it's cast.
You can alter an effect's flags via SKSE, but the use of that would be to make an effect stack with itself (or cease stacking) via the "No Recast" flag being on or off.
You'd be better off just making a small patch for it though to make the change via plugin rather than a script.

hey all I was wondering. Is there a way that I can combine a group of mods together on the xbox one skyrim to save on slots? I use the JaySerpa quest expansions, npc line expansion, and misc mod packs, I would like to have them combined into one mod to save on available slots. Many things I use I choose together, Like My weather and seasons, water, flora is usually exclusively in my load order. Again, I would like to combine the 3 or 4 catherdral mods together
Mod slots are rarely a problem anymore. Xbox Mod limit is removed and ESL works

The main problem with it is that as you get more mods the load order menu starts having serious crashing problems. Hence the offline technique that is the only solution now. Which is annoying but works.

The overwhelming majority of necessary testing for a mod is done on PC where it is initially developed, as the mod cannot be developed directly on the xbox. Functionally-speaking they are equivalent ecosystems with the meaningful differences mainly pertaining to things like texture sizes and markers which can still be tested on PC. But, moreover, if someone is working on porting a mod they would need permission to publish it anyways so presumably someone who wants to port a mod should be acquiring that permission first before investing the time working on porting it, meaning that it is not needed to upload the mod to test it without permission, making what you just said a non-issue.

There is no creation kit on the xbox itself. It is only available via Steam, on a PC.

Generally speaking anything you build on PC will also work on XBox.
So since you're modding on PC, there's no reason you shouldn't also be testing it on PC prior to uploading it for XBox.

You aren't doing anything differently. You already have to have the game installed for the CK to even work so what's the issue?

Again, you're talking to people here who also makes mods for consoles; you're not the only one. As for why you should test it on PC, that's because as noted above you're not supposed to upload until you have permission. If you're intending to port a mod to xbox that isn't your own, you should acquire the permission for it first before working on porting it, because then when you go to upload it you will already have the ability to do so within the terms of the service. Spending the time to work on porting a mod before you even have secured the permission to do so is backwards and a bad idea because if the person says no then the time and energy you put into it is wasted.

alaann, the point is that if you're modding the game, you obviously have it on PC. Testing the mod should be a simple matter of booting up the game and playing. PC supports the use of controllers. So that isn't an issue either.

And if you're porting with a pc that's unable to even run skyrim? What about one that struggles to run ck in any significant amount? Porting via pc is extremely viable with low end PCs, but testing on PC is a whole other matter.
And as to your earlier point, yes, mods absolutely need to be tested on xbox directly. Just because something works on PC does not mean it will inherently work on xbox. I have examples, if you'd like.
Btw, I make mods for PC and console but I don't have a laptop that can run skyrim to even test my mods. I have to test through console. Not every mod author has the privilege of a PC that can run skyrim

whats up mod fam i make weapons from scratch and mod them to work in blade and sorcery and i wanna do the same with skyrim. i know the models must be TRIS and i know the maps have to be DDS. the only info i could find was noah longsfellows tutorials on the tube. he gets the weapon NIFS from the FO3 archive. although to even open up the archive you need JRE 1.6 i really don't want to do it that way because running old versions of java is very highly un-recommended due to no more security patches and most people will not give you that warning. i don't want to use any weird 3rd party tools from nexus i just want to do it manually using what the creation kit provides in tandem with nifscope. how else could a brother obtain some weapon NIFS. someone in another server mentioned to me that i could just import my model as a "loose file" they never elaborated on that so i have no idea what that means lol

Honestly doubt there will be an update. Hasn't been one in a while since the fixed the issues AE update caused
Presumably at some point there may be one update at least for xbox to address the creations menu bug(s) such as the load order getting jumbled if not in offline mode, but there's no telling how long away that is as there's been no announcements regarding updates for Skyrim. It's better to just continue playing for now and deal with the update if/when it happens.
how does a person port a mod that is SKSE dependant to Xbox one? The reason I ask is I use a couple of mods that were ports and they were SKSE dependant but on my xbox it works just like the one found on nexus
Unfortunately, your best and likely only option is to use a 3rd party tool for that. There are plenty of safe options for archive extractors on Nexus.
They could be older versions which don't require SKSE or they are converted to not require SKSE
There are some cases where workarounds of SKSE are possible. Takes extra work on the porters part but many have been able to do it in lots of cases.

For xbox one skyrim special edition, I have "thieves guild for good guys" enabled, completed main questline, have done five jobs for riften, completed special jobs for solitude and windhelm, and done 4 out of 5 jobs for markarth and now I cannot get any jobs for markarth. Help please?
@shell epoch I would advise you save before accepting the job. Reload save when you're given the wrong job.

I do know my way around Papyrus, but generally AI can code better than humans if your requirements are airtight.
Papyrus has so many weird quirks there's no way an AI would understand. (Would an AI understand not to use repeat Gets? Or about using ModValue for thread safety? Or aliases? Or that GetAV is dramatically slower than GetActorValue?)
But regardless, no, no AI is permitted in VC of any kind, nothing AI generated no matter what.
Which is as it should be IMO, AI generated content is the worst of both worlds. Low quality AND primarily made out of stolen/plagiarized training data
Papyrus is also a niche language that's not structured the way AI coding bots can handle. I've never run into a single instance of a script written by AI that actually compiles.
My favorite Papyrus fact is that global variables have .GetValue() which is a function call and takes a whole frame, but you can directly access the property via .Value which is instant. 🙂
There's been a lot of noise made about functions vs properties over the years. The reality of it is that the difference is negligible. Most scripts execute once and never again. Of those that do repeat, none of them are particularly large or intensive. You have to go well out of your way to write a Papyrus script that can actually show a difference in profiling.

yoo whats up mod fam. im having a little issue. my NI tri shape data wont show up on any NIF that i open im trying to add a weapon i made from scratch and delete the default one and replace it with mine but i cant do that without the NI tri shape object data i just cannot understand why.
i used the bsa browser to extract the weapon NIFS.
How did you export your nif? (The original model you made)
havent even been able to get to that point yet. apparently you have to delete the NI tri shape data for skyrim weapon model and then i can import my model and it will replace the old one but as you can see in my screenshot the NI tri shape data wont even show up

If I'm understanding your question correctly, then I should say that BSTriShapes are the newer, more optimized version of NiTriShapes. They are present in Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE nifs.
So technically, in the context of your screenshot, the NiTriShapes you are looking for are actually there, just in a newer format.
If you need them to be NiTriShapes, I would grab the equivalent nif from the original Skyrim if you have it. Nif Optimizer can back convert BSTriShapes, just be careful with it because it can cause issues with your nif in some cases.

I have to tend to some things so I can't answer everything right now unfortunately, but essentially with the SSE Nif Optimizer, any nifs that are in the same folder as the .exe will get converted when you run it. You'll get a window that pops up with options before you hit run. There are probably other tools now that can do the same thing but better, so I would encourage looking around before using that one.
If anyone has Simonmagus616's Mysticism mod, do you know if there is a Bound Armor spell or not? There's a bound spell for every weapon type including the shield, but idk if there's an armor spell as well.

Funny you mention that I make a ring that has a 100% chance to crash the game manly due to the negative value for the alchemy enchantment just selecting two ingredients immediately crashes the game
I’ve already used the BSA tool for making and compressing archives.
However, say that I want to make a BSA smaller.
I’m thinking I can do that by first reducing file size of the NIFs and DDSs using another third party tool.
If that’s possible, anybody have an idea?
And I should add that I do indeed tick the “compress” box.
Couple of ideas. Might be obvious ones, but thought they might be worth a mention.
- Check your nifs for BSTriShapes instead of NiTriShapes. You'll notice that the sizes of the first kind mentioned are smaller, sometimes even around half the size of a NiTriShape. It's not a big difference alone, but it can shave off some if your dealing with a lot of nifs.
- If you have custom nifs that are pointing to original game textures, they'll show up in the CK archiver window before packaging. Make sure you're cleaning those ones out of the list as you don't need them in your own BSA.

Hi, I tried to make conditions for animations, via OAR but animations still not playing, can someone tell what I did wrong because I am new to this.? finally honing my load order and something occurred to me. I hate Goldenhills Plantation. Currently I have a mod named finally fixing Skyrim Part 3 (it seems to have everything that I am "missing") and in that mod there is the farming tweaks that expands the farmhand quarters amongst other things.. I got to thinking, is there a way to creata a home that is small and off to the side of the windmill that would act as my sterwards house AND create a barn that would open up more animals (i.e. pigs, more cattle, more horses etc). In addition to that I would like to create a little pond that would hae a fishery and ducks and geese swimming around. Would this be a manageable mod or would it infringe on the area that Goldenhills resides (I also ahve things I would like to do with the house itself but I haven't quite figured out what that is. I think that the plantation has some promising spects but I would like to bring it to its "true" glory. Lastly, is there any modder resource or example of a barn that I could download?

Yo would anyone be able to assist me on skyrim custom weapon modding? Been racking my brain trying to figure out how to simply replace an existing weapon with one of my custom weapons. Problem Is to do it the easier way, in nifscope you basically replace the NItri shape object data with your custom obj. But now instead of NItri the nifs use a BStri shape data or whatever it's called and that technique won't work anymore. A good way to get the old NIFS that use the NItri shape Is by getting fallout 3 archive BUT you need JRE 1.6 .number one it's super highly un-reccomended due to nomore security updates so that's a dangerous thing to do and it's not compatible on windows 11 so that option is out. I used BSA browser to extract all the NIFS I wanted, But they are the news ones that don't use NItri shape data. I have been told the NIF optimizer can back convert them but I don't friggin know I'm getting peeved off at this point lol

Hi everyone. For xbox one skyrim special edition, is there a mod that "prevents you from selling equipped gear(armor/jewelry/weapons/etc)"? I am asking because I am tired of equipped items showing up when I am selling stuff.

Using 2 handers to make use of the extra range. But when using a smaller race. The weapon is also smaller. How much do I need to adjust to have it sized as if I were a bigger race.
Does anyone happen to have either of the Xbox ports of More Radiant Quests for the Companions in their LO, and does it actually work for them? I've tried both on a brand new game and both still had me going straight to Proving Honor after one mission. the validation occurs normally on regular uploads, but it's not meant to get stuck on it. when it's stuck (afaik) there's no way to un-stick it beyond removing and reuploading

Oh, you don't have to do that, the esp itself depends on Bittercup as a master file so it will still require Bittercup whether or not you add it as a dependency on the website.

No, the game will tell you if you are missing a dependency.
The only time the game wont tell you are missing a dependency is when you are updating a mod which previously didn't depend on a certain mod but now does after the update, and you haven't installed that mod, then when you go to the main menu the game will crash

just saw your Saga - VC patch, thought it worth mentioning that the mods it patches are Creation Club (CC) not Verified Creations (VC).
CC was officially released by bethesda and is included in the Anniversary Edition, VC is the new "paid mods" program where authors release it by themselves (after vetting by bethesda)

Yea if it’s just one CC then specify just that. If it’s multiple CC or all of them then AE is probably the best option.

Unmoored has been updated to 1.0.1 to fix an issue where wayshrine models would be invisible when approaching them from a long distance (outside the loaded cell range) without map travel. The issue is now fixed on PC, please let me know if it works on XBOX!

For editing the DDS it's easier to convert them first to PNG (You can do this easily with paint.net or with GIMP - both are Freeware), then edit them (again either with paint.net or with GIMP), upscale them with a tool of your choice, load them again into paint.net or GIMP and export them as DDS. My choice for upscaling pixel graphics like PNG or JPG is UpScayl. It's Freeware, easy to work with and delivers outstanding results. The only problem you would eventually have is to enlarge the normal maps. That could be a bit complicated and is out of my league to be honest.
24 Gigabites later and the game looks like a modern triple A title with eye-lash physics.

Google says the issue is corrupted files, Faster HDT-SMP, and other things like Vortex or NMM. Although that last one is probably bogus. Modders love to invent stuff wrong with Vortex.

Alternate Skyrim had a plug-in like that, but it requires ussep, and I don't see a point in using ussep with all of its fixes when running a shattered load order just removes practically everything anyways lol does anything like that exist on consoles?

Yes nexus has way more mods than any other location. Creation club is just something like 40 or so mods made by BGS back when creation club existed. BGS does host lots of offer mods on Bnet but a small number of PC mods. More on Xbox.

Trying to convert a hdt required armor mod to not require it, I've deleted the xlm files but I'm still getting the stretched textures when I load up in game. Is there something I am missing something else to remove the physics in the files somewhere?
anybody knows how to fix these things? Almost all snow is like this and blended roads (ironically) dont blend at all with the surrounding textures

abt 50 more mods in now with the graphics - looks decent (not amazing, ) i think, this is in xbox pc gamepass and is compatible with xbox version, i took screenshots with xbox snipper so they look quite bad, but there is less than 2gb of mods and runs really well

Yeah, clofas ported a mod called times of suffering that works really well with shattered. It turns all the animal spawns like rabbits and foxes into draugr lol. But shattered on its own is amazing, it reminds me of back in the day when games like cod, rdr and halo did zombie modes in like every game haha

Yes, I understand what you mean, but...there is one nuance here.
In the original DLC, when playing for the Dawnguard, you kill all the vampires except Serana and Valerica without fail, and when playing for the Volkihar Clan, the quest to destroy the Dawnguard is a side quest, which is extremely out of line with their narrative and logic. And you can also cite a lot of extremely controversial, ambiguous and illogical moments in Dawnguard.
I'm more interested in the ability to get all the artifacts when completing the DLC, and the Dawnguard and Vampire artifacts. There probably is such a mod, but I'm not sure.

On xbox there's a mod where you can kill serana and claim her elder scroll and then it gives you a quest to eliminate the volkihar clan shortly after lol. Doesn't really solve the artifacts issue, but I bet you could find a mod that gives you access to those artifact without going through the quests, idk

When it comes to in between the Wild Horses creation and AFT, there is a problem.
From what I’ve read, honestly, this mod conflicts with the wild horses creation.
The conflict involves where I, and other players, have gone to tame the horses multiple times, and when trying to “register and rename” one horse, it just stays as “wild horse”.
The MA states “it doesn’t touch horses in that way”, but this contradicts to that.

My Skyrim modding resources aren't opening when double clicking from desktop.

Shields count as Armor records in Skyrim, not Weapons, so tehy don't have a specific 1st person view... the ArmorAddon record is what you see when you have the thing equipped

Hey quick question if you know, what happened to all the mods that covered the verified creations ie LordPenn's "Legendary Dungeons Dwarven Delves - Fixes and Tweaks" and others like that? All of them seems to have been deleted or moved to a different site like with the East Empire Expansion and Bard College Expansion patches.
Not an expert, but Nexus policy changed. They are against all mods or patches that require Verified Creations.
If that's the case, then that's a shame. Guess I'll have to figure out where to find patches and overhauls to these VC's then. Some were really good. Managed to find the two patches though so we have that at least, and I believe I found one by Slampire that overhauls some stuff from "Tale of Blood and Snow" at bethesda.net. No luck on anything like retextures or other patches and overhauls though.

I know about Cheat Terminal mod Fallout 4 and now Starfield. Wish one was made for Skyrim. Replace terminal with spell.
That doesn't have most items, No toggle or enable map markers, etc Be happy with tmm 1 and add level like advance 100 levels.
It has every item in the game that can be accessed with AddItem; you simply have to input the ID for them. Leveling can be done via AdvSkill.
Any way to input tmm 1 to enable all map markers?

I haven’t played my game for a couple years. A few months ago I started back up. I wasn’t able to do anything with the mods I have in game. Can’t change them. But I can play the game without issues.
So after a couple months of playing I wanted to change a couple mods around. I tried again today and I still can’t do anything. When on the main menu I click on creations. I get this screen. And it just sits here loading forever.
I can click on search. Type anything in and it just loads.
I can check my LO and everything shows up there without issue.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

it will be an old UI Mod causing it, I think you can go offline to remove it or if not you have to clear your reserved space and start again.

try going offline (disconnect from xbox live) im assuming youre on xbox and see if you can access your load order, failing that its delete the reserved space and start game

heyoo whats up yall, i have a quick question for ya. i made a silver sword and i want it to do extra damage to undead as it should. i figured all i would have to do is use the silver sword NIF of course as well as add the script for the silver sword, is that all i have to do?
Extra damage is handled entirely via the Silver Sword Perk.
How it works: The weapon itself has a script attached that adds a perk when it is equipped, and removes it when it is unequipped. The perk itself increases the damage of silver weapons (as determined by keyword) by a flat amount vs undead and werewolves by a flat amount (default: 20).
Theoretically, any weapon with the WeapMaterialSilver would get the bonus damage if the wielder had the SilverPerk, regardless of the actual model of the weapon.
Note that most silver weapons have a description attached to them. That description will overwrite any and all enchantment descriptions placed on the weapons by the player (though the enchantment will still work). Enchantable Special Item Fix gets around this issue.
Are there any cheat mods that affect the Arquebus creation?
It depends on what you're trying to do, and presuming you mean debugging tools in general as opposed to 'cheats', Debug Menu can access the data in creations such as that one. If for example you're trying to add one of its items you would simply need the creation's filename and the item's formID. The filename is listed in the relevant UESP wiki page: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim_Mod:Arquebus and some of the items have pages linked there as well presumably containing their formIDs.

I am kind of stuck lol. I am making a perk overhauls, and one of my conjuration perks (dual casting conjuration spells takes longer but allows you to summon another creature if the effect was dual casted) feels TERRIBLE in game.
Any ideas for alternatives? I have tried:
- Reality Gate: Dual Casting a summon or reanimation spell creates a gate where the creature is summoned or reanimated that periodically summons wraiths.
- Friendly Fire: Hitting a friendly controlled or reanimated creature with a spell causes the creature to store that spell. The next time it can, it fires that spell at the nearest enemy. (Carries over YOUR perks)
- Midnight Promise: Dual Casting a summon or reanimate spell empowers you and the creature. While you are near each other, your attribute regeneration is increased by 200%.
None of these feel good aaaa
This is a conjuration 90 generalist perk, with dual casting as a requirement.

I have the same situation with my LO. Since the update last December many UI mods will cause that. I'm still using ScryUI for example. Once I'm tired of this PT I'll nuke the game and do a Bruma PT
@teal moat I tried this and it does absolutely nothing. I should also probably mention that I don't play on an Xbox console. I play through the cloud. Maybe this is the reason nothing is working.
@crude helm clearing reserve space does nothing if you're playing over the cloud. I tried it a couple times with no luck.

I never know which mods to put into my games other then an obvious bunch of cheat mods, generally I beat the game once normally then I see how much I can warp it
generally I play on the switch which has no mods beyond what came with anniversary edition
Understandable. Personally I tend to lean towards using mods that help make the game a bit more immersive (to me), flesh some systems out, add new styles of weapons and armors, etc, that sort of thing. I rather enjoy things like Survival Mode, for instance, since it lets the game world feel more like something you're 'living in' as you play. I used to not care quite as much, but at a certain point of realizing my character was literally going for months at a time without getting any sleep at all, barely ever eating or drinking, etc, it started to bother me a little bit.
Granted, full realism is not exactly desirable either as there are things you don't want to have to deal with in a game, but mainly it's the stuff like having to regularly eat, drink, sleep, and manage your exposure to the cold/weather that help make the adventure feel a bit more substantive, for lack of a better way to describe it.
I did a short bit of a playthrough a while back and actually ended up freezing to death at one point, which was honestly pretty cool as while I had explored in the northern glacial areas west of Winterhold many years ago in a very old playthrough the place was only ever 'pretty' to me as such, and it wasn't until succumbing to the cold that I realized that it was also a place that would be crazy dangerous in such a world. I may as well have been trying to explore the arctic wearing a bathrobe for how woefully unprepared I was. 😅
yea I like the survival settings I just dont like having to dictate my adventures on the cold and warm conditions
would be nice to have a hunger and thirst meter like in fallout 4, my only complaint with that survival mode is needing to sleep to save. I want to be able to save whenever I want

you might be missing a mod (somtimes they can delete/disable themself since the last update) you could try and delete your mod reserve press the xbox icon on your controller go to skyrim press the button with 3 lines then click manage game and delete your reserve (you will need to redownload the mods again) also when sorting your load order do it offline

Tundra Homestead is bugged. Anytime I try to go near it, my game freezes.

@terse shard I'm not useing any mods in that area. I have a mod that overhauls Valtheim Tower, but that's further away. Also, I visited Tundra Homestead at least three times yesterday without any issues, and I haven't changed anything or added anything since.

Irritating is more like it. The freeze barrier(no other way to describe it) extends across the river at an angle. I tried going across the bridge and head past White River Watch, and the game froze on me. It seems to only be affecting Tundra Homestead. Shadowfoot Sanctum and Hendraheim, the only other two CC player homes I have installed do not seem to be affected. The biggest issue with this bug how big the AoE is. I could FT to someplace in The Rift or Eastmarch and hoof it to Valtheim to see if that's the cause. If it's not, then that tells me something else is going on. How far does this bug extend? If the game freezes on me while I'm heading to High Hrothgar, my game's toast.

They're on PC so they actually do have the option of using mods but still getting achievements, due to mods like the one that MattK2000 linked that re-enables achievements while mods are active. It's due to the ability to affect the game's executable file on PC which is an option that players on xbox don't have, which is why you aren't able to do the same on console.

I managed to place in the same world, Kratos (God of War 1 and 4, also just the character and the boy, right), characters from the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit, Jon Snow (just this character from Game of Thrones), the protagonists from the Lord of the Rings from the ps4 game, Devil May Cry, characters, among others, giant dragons, more monsters, bigger giants, in the end more monsters, it was time, I added some dungeons too. I'm not a mod developer but I really appreciate the work if the guys are here, it made the game more fantastic, with a diversity of bigger monsters, encounters with bigger monsters, in the end it enriched the diversity in the game, congratulations to everyone, that's all having that very basic care of conflicts and crashes makes everything fantastic!

@terse shard I forgot to mention that I'd encountered headless npcs in a couple of locations. In one location the npc was headless, no cloths eqipped, and was sort of t-posing.

Why? You’d tell me to use MO2 instead and yet, I’m told that Vortex is beginner-friendly.
I've hard the same thing, that Vortex is beginner-friendly, but after using both MO2 and Vortex, I've found that MO2 is a bit better than Vortex. For one thing, you can link MO2 with your Nexus account. For another, you can manually change the LO in MO2. You can't manually change the LO in Vortex.
That being said however, I will say that MO2 has some problems of it's own. I downloaded a mod, and MO2 claimed it was the wrong version. I went back to the mod page on Nexus and found MO2's claim was false.

LOOT is built into Vortex by default, that's why it has it. I would deffinantly suggest switching to MO2, but that decision is entierly up to you. As I said, MO2 can be linked to your Nexus account. Any mod that you download will be downloaded to MO2. And You can move mods around in MO2 to get the LO you want.
