I like the idea of an underground railroad. The idea appealed to me even as a child, reading about the real underground railroad. I also think the railroad NPCs are interesting.

i like the mistery etc, but would have loved to see the railroad fully fledged out instead of only 2nd HQ left,

like that it was still under the donut shop etc

Voiced protagonists may be acceptable in games with a pre-made protagonist (like the Witcher series) but in games that allow us to make our own characters it limits roleplaying. I don't want my highly-educated mage to speak with the same voice as my barbarian warrior. I don't want my young idealistic character to speak with the same voice as my older, world-weary character. When I play Nate or Nora in Fallout 4 I am playing the voice actor's interpretation of Nate or Nora, not mine.

yeah i can understand your view 100%,

i just like it so i can sit and listen to a convo (just me being lazy)
after fo76 with dialogue withoud voiced i can definelty say its not required to have one as long as the npc speaks back

that is/was (i fixed it myself) one of my most irrtating things

And it also bugged me that they never used the T-45 and T-51

that part is somewhat explaind by lore and makes sense logistically

they can make T-60 and its easyer to repair than T-51 (lore wise) and better than T-45

also you only need parts for T-60 not all the other ones as well so that didnt bother me

Railroad is my favorite faction, I love tradecraft, spy stuff, and the scrappy underdog

I agree I'd love to have seen them at their best, or had a chance to rebuild them like you could do with the MM

I do like an idea I saw somewhere that the church was never going to be a hideout. It was always a way to observe people who'd take the bait of following the freedom trail which is admittedly a very silly way to join a secret org. So anyone investigating would have shown up to an empty church and been contacted later after being checked out, or taken care of if they were an enemy.

They end up using the church because they have nowhere else to go

So late 2020 both skyrim and fallout were supposed to be updated, new Creations and importantly, a patch to raise the mod storage capacity to 5 gbs, but both were post poned due to the pandemic and skyrim's was released a year later, fallout's still hasn't come out yet

I've installed it yet it still shows the same vanilla setup/options

i even downloaded the RA2 (? i guess) backup and nothing. So if I have to start from scratch with the mod, I need to know what to delete and/or keep.

I'm sure he does. If you post in one of the Creations chats he will see it. That is where he spends much of his time. However, I very much doubt there will ever be an increase in mod storage capacity.

I figured it out. I was doing all the mods manually cause I thought the NMM required a subscription. It didn't so I wound up not only getting FDI to work, but I transferred my other mods to it as well !!

The Institute will always be my favorite faction. But the Railroad has grown to be my second favorite faction. I think it has the best questline in Fallout 4. Plus the scene with Tinker Tom and Deacon flying the vertibird is hilarious.
