Is there any particular reason the Creations menu is STILL so bloody janky on Xbox? Between server issues, some CC content bricking my save, not being able to actually save my load order, and the thumbnails constantly being all screwy the menu is damn near unusable half the time.

I don't really see it as entitlement either and a lot of the criticism is fair but I think there's a bigger picture that people are missing: everything from the Anniversary update has been a disaster. I'd rather them take their time (even though they've had plenty and this is a 10 year old game we are talking about) than release something that'll destroy my save file or my dlc, again, and have another hot fix road map just to get it working properly. I know it shouldn't be that way but that's just the reality of it. I'm sure Bethesda is tired of working on Fallout 4 too lol

Me and a friend were messing with your bolt action shotgun mod and was wondering if you would potentially turn down the range.

With everything maxed out and such it out classes every rifle in the game. Which I get that supposed to be a lot of range for a slug round, but that’s just feels like too much.

So maybe the range calve out with everything involved could be like 175 and the buck shot could be like 150

I discovered that the freezing inside the mechanist's lair is triggered by using vats or the scope from the offices where you find a skeleton with a nuka quantum until the junk place

After that facing the robots in the final encounter, you can use vats and the scope again (PS4). I don't know if the Fallout 3/new vegas vats style mod is doing that conflict.

I'm fine with the range as is. Buckshot reaching 200 isn't that bad when you consider damage inefficiency, being spread around multiple projectiles. High range is also good tradeoff for slugs doing less damage. I know you're used to 203 with the hunting-rifle, but my kit is just different.

High priority vs low priority loots, what you’re picking up is low priority loot that only the player and scavengers would risk their necks to loot, but the high priority loots working machinery, big machine parts, etc, these were already looted a long time ago

And we see many dead scavvers in places with loot quantity like tunnels or stockyards

Also the biggest loot areas are almost always overrun by large set of enemies like raiders, ghouls, supermutants, synths, etc

i kinda like my institute characters backstory these are the kinda bullet points

she used to be a grunt worker synth like glory was but either was exiled or escaped
she then fell in with a raider gang(nukaworld raiders)
the raiders helped her get back inside the institute (ingame the minutemen will actually do the mechanics side of it as the raiders are dead
inside she links back up with key members of the institute to overthrow the director and any straggler sympathisers (mechanically this will just be the institute playthrough to the end)
after destroying the brotherhood after infiltrating them and climbing the ranks will steal key tech and blueprints will then turn to the minutmen and use them to take down the institute and rebuild the commonwealth with collaboration from a young n dumb himbo named jake evens eventually taking down the gunner scourge (ss2 storyline)
reuniting her with her long lost companion curie who worked in bioscience (robot curie isnt real in this world its just the synth glory/caretaker brings)

shes got two loadouts depending on what shes doing if shes workin in favor of the institute she will use her plasma weapons but if shes going agaisnt the institute its her balistic weapons

if its gunners shes just nukin the place with a shoulder mounted rocket shotgun

raiders shes only attacks at night and thats cuz she sneaks into their camps and slices all their necks

supermutants are handled the same as gunners

I mean, realistically, but mechanically, there's tradeoff with how the shotgun works with regards to the tightness of spread as well. Sure your range is pretty high, but it's still not a single-shot slug, and not only the tightened spread mean it's less forgiving, it is still doing worse with armor-penetration because it's divided by the pellets, and that is insanely reduced by the armor individually.

My SS has three meals a day, usually raids only 2 areas, I purposely started making him sleep at a reasonable time for 10 hours a day. The companions I keep are long term and “relevant”. Right now I’m traveling with Hancock. We usually close out the night over a bottle of Whiskey and a hit of Jet. Makes the game more “real world”.

Probably more of a Playstation thing. Microsoft already allowed Starfield to have 100gb of space i doubt they would prevent Fallout 4 from having it especially with the release of the anniversary edition and the paid creations of which are atleast a couple hundred mb.

im just frustrated that they keep delaying the storage update and not saying anything other than that they're delaying it every few months or so

look im not trying to have a debate - the devs are doing their best and i dont fault them for stuff taking a while, i imagine the team working on fallout 4 is pretty small by this point so im sure they're doing what they can do; i would just like if someone would communicate with the consumerbase other than announcing another delay every so often
