My hypothesis for canon endings for fo4 and NV thus far:spoiler just in case ||both protagonist ignore the factions all together and focus on their main goal. Courier kills Benny, house never gets the platinum chip. Lone wanderer finds Shawn, the Brotherhood eventually figures out where the synths are and blow them up, wanderer probably dying trying to reconnect with his son. So basically the canon endings for both games are when players stop playing halfway through a playthrough, which is probably how most playthroughs end tbh||

The cold fusion systems in G.E.C.Ks probably only exist because of Vault-Tec buying out Moldaver's tech/holdings. Given the general "make it as cheap as humanly possible" model of Vault-Tec productions (like the water chips for example), and the way they design most of their systems to only work with their proprietary technology it likely is a far less potent reaction in the geck, and relies on being interfaced in already-existing vault-tec systems (maybe, maybe not on this part with Shady Sands.) Plus GECK's are going to be rare resources in general, since at most there'd only be about 100 scattered across the continent. That VS. Moldaver's, which is clearly both extremely powerful (lighting up an entire Pre-War city would imply way more energy output vs powering a relatively small wasteland settlement) and can be plugged into pretty much any technological base based off being used in LA, the Lucky 38, the BOS, etc., and I can see why the one from Season 1 was way more coveted.

I do believe it's a productive scene. But moreover I believe that Aaron Moten's acting was just phenomenal in that scene especially.

I've seen some people criticize him or his character on Reddit but wow... I think he has pretty much the most complex character that requires the most complex acting and he's nailing it. For example, I think we still don't really know who Maximus is and what he'll do. I think you could list out 1-2 options for every other character's development arc and probably be very right on most of the details.

||There is no plot hole. What house is basically saying is that if it weren't for Cooper buying that plane ticket the bombs would have dropped one month later than they did in the games. They're basically having it be the same date but that date is one month earlier than his original calculations it's also perfectly tied in with him expecting the Platinum chip to arrive before the bombs drop but because of Cooper's arrival speeding things up the Platinum chip doesn't arrive on time and he has to make do with what he's got on hand at the time.||
