there was a photo floating around back when payback was done, but it was the concept art, initially, it was suppose to be this weird hybrid of nfs prostreet/most wanted. where we would have this street legal racing, also, when you use frosty editor to enable debug events, theres a hidden race called "double down agent" theres a shit ton of cops that show up, & a hidden helicopter that eventually follows you, then it tells you to find a hideout, initally i think this is what heat came to be.

Don’t quote me, but I’m pretty sure a 2080 super out performs a 3060-3070 and it’s cheaper

Honestly, any gpu over 8gb is overkill in my opinion. Our technology with gaming isn’t advanced enough to need more than that. Most games are going to run off 4gb and even the most taxing games will be lucky to hit 6gb.

Imo, XL feels a lot better and smoother and is easier to get a hang of. However, session has way more going on and actually gets updated frequently and the devs listen to their fans. Session also has different control types to choose from, even the skate controls. It just doesn’t feel as smooth as XL to me and I think XL has the better replay editor. I think you get more bang for your buck with session tho.

Unless you’re on pc, then the world of skater xl is endless with mods.

@edgy ember If it wont read at all, your best bet is plugging it into a PC and open "Disk Management" and reformat the drive. Then plug it into your console and it will reformat again allowing you to save to it. If you re format the drive and it still doesnt read, then the cable / drive itself is likely toast unless your usb port on your console is busted

When clicking my preferred platform, it takes me to another page to say that it was successful. When going back onto the playtesting site though, the skate. Insider signup is still under the playtests in progress tab, and it asks for my preferred platform again. Is this normal? Or is my playtesting application bugged? Alright so as far as free editing software goes, I HIGHLY recommend DaVinci Resovle 18. I've paid for Vegas, and this blows it out of the water even with its free features. I use it for all of my video editing and it's great, plus it doesn't screw with the video quality like some software does

You CAN pay for Resolve if you want to to unlock more features, but I've never really needed them. Plus Resolve 18 introduced Cloud Collaboration ($5/month per project) so if you need help with something, you can grab someone else and get some extra assistance with whatever you're working on. Like if you have a friend that's good with audio editing, they can jump in and do that for you. Not to mention Resolve is SUPER easy to learn, and anything that you might be "stuck" on, there's almost ALWAYS a quick tutorial on youtube

Also, if you do start using it and need any help, I'm always down to help out
