I read on an article that it's "dangerous" mainly because Pushing with the proper (back) foot weights the board in the front, making it easier to steer and giving you a solid base while you push. When you push mongo, your body weight shifts to the rear of the board. This weight shift causes a couple issues that make accidents more likely. (I just copied and pasted it from said article)

Ahhh I see okay that totally makes sense basically if you push mongo youre not as balanced which makes it easier to slip out or lose control of the board so its easier to push with your backfoot for better center gravity since your weight is in the middle of the board, okay cool thanks for the info i always wondered why pushing mongo got so much hate in the skate community now i see its basically physics. 🤔

I've heard that there are actually more goofy footed people, not just in skating but snowboarding/scooter/surfing, etc... combined. I've never seen concrete proof though. My boss at our skateshop used to say it when we rented snowboards and people acted weird about being goofy footed haha

I've been in the sonic speedrun discord to ask about m and d speed in sonic unleashed
its a bug to speed up so much you have to be careful with it or else the game just gives up (or it works and it looks cool)
I trained for so long but never did it consistently, so I asked people on the discord
I found it odd that online, no one tells you exactly how fast sonic should be walking before you have to press the boost button to start the trick, they just say "push it a little and boost then start jumping"
So I wait for an answer... they give me the same thing that I read multiple times so I say "Yeah but at what speed ? there's a meter on the bottom left of the screen so what's the exact speed where it can work ?

I don't think there's any punk that isn't political - in some way. (Some like Anti-Flag are fully political, some like Blink-182 have ... some political songs.)
The only issue I have is when folks talk about human rights/civil rights and try to frame it as "politics". Politics should be about local elections, etc. but too many folks these days confuse "this person deserves the right to marry who they want/be who they are" as politics.
