Here's something that's been on my mind.

It bothers me that Spider-Man and the Avengers are in the X-Men's universe.

If the mutants are feared and hated, then why is Spider-Man loved (outside of J.J. Jameson)? The public wouldn't accept Spider-Man as a human with super powers, he'd be identified as a mutant and treated as such. Even in the original X-Men Spider-man cross over episodes they tried to convince Spidey that he was a mutant and he never agreed or accepted it. But fundamentally in a world with mutants, that's what he would be unless he's revealing his origin story to everyone and being like "see, not a mutant! But my DNA is technically mutated meaning that I theoretically might pass down my powers to my offspring making them technically mutants but don't hate them like you hate mutants because it wasn't an evolutionary mutating so we're all fine here"

I think they should add lots of branded clothing in the game, feels like it would be a great addition because it would add a whole new feel of realism. Big corporation/clothing brands like Vans and Converse are a must, I also think adding additional brands created by the game its self would be very intresting. This is a thing that has been done by multiple companies but ive seen all of the skate trailers, pre-pre-pre and pre-pre-alpha footage/gameplay and i feel like skate could pull it off best from what i can see.

i checked all the 1 star reviews. most of them are because the game only works on certain iphones and ipads and on certain ios. i can run it on my iphone 4s on ios 5 (i think) and i dont have crashes. my ipad 1 will crash after so long. it wouldnt work on iphone 5 or 6.

iphone 4s with 30pin to hdmi or screen share to tv has been the best graphically way to play

ipad 1 cant do 30 pin to hdmi or screenshare as far as i know officially. idk if ipad 2 or whatever on earlier ios would be better.

the few videos i did with skate 1 ios.. it was iphone 4s with screen share / or hdmi (cant remember). but im sure if i was to try now.. my skate it ios gameplay would be the best quality available right now. and it would probably only be a tad bit better now with my recordings and 4k upcaling devices

Its a great game, most of the hate comes from long, diehard fans of the series that dont like the modernization but if its your first tony hawk game its a great pick

Since you have a ps5, avoid pro skater 5 at ALL COSTS. It’s genuinely one of the worst games you could ever play

If you have an xbox 360 or PS2 you can play every TH game from Pro Skater 1 to Proving Ground

Everything after proving ground took a severe severe dip in quality, the last true Tony hawk game to me was American wasteland.

Its a long long story, to sum it up Pro Skater 5 was a cash grab from activision in order to pump out a game before they lost the liscense. It was incredibly rushed and is very buggy with little to no levels as well as incredibly watered down gameplay compared to any neversoft title

Glad they can no longer ruin the series

So, to watch tony hawk is one thing, but to actually play it and feel the mechanics is way different. The games have evolved and honestly, it isnt as fun going back to the OG thps 1 or 2. they are still fun and difficult in their own way since you were very limited on tricks. but LOVE the newer mechanics which are thug1 and beyond. the mods nailed them down and the devs of thps1+2 got it RIGHT. they took the best from every tony hawk game and simplified it and perfected it for this remake. no extra stuff from thug and thaw with steve o riding a bull or destroying every city you enter but just the mechanics of the game. it is well known in the thps world that thps1+2 was a huge success and rival for the franchise.
