To answer your question - everyone who submits their application to skate. Insider has the same chance to join a playtest. It's all random - there will be times we look for specific folks for specific playtests, but overall, your chances are much better if you sign up.

for bluetooth, you're not gonna see that same insane input lag you would on bluetooth headphones and stuff(as its much less data, and much more optimized) but its definitely gonna be worse than wired or using it on their own consoles. still I imagine it'll be fine as mobile would probably run at only 30-60 fps anyway.
