Apex has a Champion Edition where you can pay retail price for a good chunk of the game's cosmetics and support the devs, why not make a special edition of Skate that unlocks all the cosmetics for you for free, and all the money doesn't go to EA per se, but the developers at Full Circle

Just gonna put this here, this game would still have the exact same mtx model if it was paid. That would mean you'd have to pay an upfront of 60-70 dollars only to pay more money for cosmetics. Look at Battlefield V and 2042's mtx system as an example.

It will be lower budget than if it were to be a paid game. End of story, that's such a simple thing to understand.

The risk with going F2P is if the community doesnt bind well with the game and its MTX. If the F2P game doesn't make money after launch, it will slowly lose support and eventually be left in its state
