If there was a way I could get my hands on the skate 2 filmer pack it would make my day. Right now I'm using the tripod and making it work for interesting shots by having it far away so it follows the skater for a bit until it reaches its spot I put it in. Only really works for spots with a far/longish run up though. Those advanced cams are such a game changer

You can’t hold a melon til you hit the ground, or you’ll bail. Sometimes, you can’t release the melon fast enough. But as you’re holding the melon down, press the right trigger right before you touch the ground and you’ll roll away without letting go of the triggers.

Not really punched but man I hit it and it worked

My first Xbox one was junk cause you had to keep the controller wired up at all times. Straight out of the box it couldn’t hold a connection to a controller for 5 minutes at a time

If you move your Xbox 360 with the disc in it.. it cuts a nice ring into the disc and makes it unplayable

Especially if you have it vertical

Happened with my COD: WAW disc. So I went to GameStop, bought COD WAW, downloaded the game to hard drive, refunded it, and my old disc was able to work again

Yeah we cleaned it and it worked for a while but died out again so I just gave up on it for a while until I could get another 360

Disc drives on these old consoles just fail sometimes. More so on the original Xbox. I had to replace the bands on my original Xbox. Not like I use it, because everything’s on the hard drive.. but I still like a working disc drive

Btw @neon owl i was watching some of ur skaterxl videos yesterday and noticed u were using the triggers to turn ur player when doing grinds sometimes. Do u mean to do 180s and 360s? Or were u just trying to catch the rail? Cus u could move the thumbsticks in opposite directions to turn the board in the air kinda like powerslide

Also whichever trigger u hit last during the grind is the direction ur player will pop out

Yeah so what i mean is u were doing like a slow 360 in the air which made it more difficult

You can actually wind up ur character to do a bit faster of a turn in the air or u could turn the thumbsticks in opposite directions to just move the board

Yea, I know about the wind ups and the pushing triggers to pop off directions. I don’t like wind ups a lot, because it still turns the character a bit and messes me up sometimes. And the trigger pop directions are hard sometimes, because I gotta be milliseconds quick on those things depending what I’m doing.

True that, the windups are a bit annoying but at the same time helpful with reaching difficult spots and hitting more advanced tricks from flatground

Yea. I think you can do flat ground 720s with those. Or maybe 540s. I can’t remember, been awhile since I played

Like 900 flip 720 or something was the max at the time if I remember. Or some crazy thing like that

From flatground i think normally u can do 180 maybe 270 but with windup u can do the full 360
