I was just letting you know the options. You'd either need to get a capture card if you're still on Xbox 360 or PS3 or you'd have to have an Xbox One (or later Xbox). OR - you'd have to have Xbox Ultimate Game Pass and you could use Xbox Cloud to stream Skate 3 via Xbox.com on your PC and could use your PC's tech to capture.

chan's a lot of fun to me because it's fairly like, realistic setup. one of the selling points for me of skate over pro skater was the realism was easier to achieve on this series and this spots one of the better spots for that imo.

Hey dude, this is what I do for a short Skate 3 clip on Xbox One and I hope it helps create an option for you...
Create your clip on Skate 3 using the in game editor to how you like it, then play it from start to finish and then make your xbox one record what just happened by pressing the home button and then the X button.
Once recorded and saved, you can go onto the xbox app and download your clips from there.
Then once downloaded, you can move the file into an editor and go nuts :)

custom graphics is one of the big BIG things i do want to make the final product but i’m sure there’s a way they can avoid that. THPS’ customization is only a step behind being it has no way to have custom images/logos (and the limited hairstyles but that’s besides the point). it makes for endless possibilities with how good i’m sure everyone is expecting the customization to be

In a perfect world it could be added with 0 issues but it would rely on moderation to make work especially if they can be seen in public lobbies. Having clothing locked to real life brands and generic styles does add some uniform to the game. I'd love for the option to create custom items, it was amazing in Skater XL, but I have high hopes there will be enough base content to satisfy to a high degree

That shouldn't limit them from selling the game on PC. There will be enough warnings that it requires a controller, and it would be the consumers fault for not doing their research. XL sold an insane amount on PC for just an indie game and I didn't see anyone complain there wasn't KBM support because it didn't make sense

Look at games like Assetto Corsa or a better example being something like iRacing. People usually go out of their way to buy a sim rig because it's next to impossible to use KBM or controller because it requires such precise inputs

that seems really long, I'm not trying to mean but like should it really take 3 and a half years to release since the game was announced in development in summer of 21, and people have already played the game according to the video they released around the time they made this discord.

They've most likely played a very, very early build, at the earliest I'd say they may have a cinematic trailer to show off next year, but definitely wouldn't even have a demo come out in 2022 or half of 2023, I'm thinking the game will take a while to be properly ready, they did say their biggest thing is to not screw it up after all, and releasing only 2 or so years after development started is, imo, impossible

Then again I don't remember the trailer stating the people we saw actually played the game but more so seen the game
