I tried to find an Own The Lot on Isle of Grom to no avail. But as @low berry said the one I did was Bank On It. Honestly all it takes is repetition and trying to chain as many challenges at the very start to build up at least a 2 minute buffer. The ones that require grinds (100 metres, 10 grinds) will kill your run.

like if you keep getting stuff that takes you across the map, its just impossible.

same with 2/3 player teams

its a lot easier if skate decides to be on your side and keep you kinda in the same area

otherwise you end up wasting so much time just skating to a new spot

I still dont get why skate is so adamant about being "always online" when that "always online" part doesnt even affect any of the missions or challenges. The only actual multiplayer integration is just regular parties where there's a set limit... at the current moment i think the only thing that would be lost from switching to an offline mode would be money

another issue spotted is that people dont do the challenges because they actually want to challenge themselvesm the zexyzek challenges are intentionally hard but people get mad at them because they dont WANT to try at the skating... and this is definitely a huge side effect of the washed down and sanded "everyones a winner" feel of the new skate. When a player runs into a challenge they dont try until they get it... they just look for a way around it
