Dark catches were a huge reason why I played skate originally, so not having it right away was very very weird. I knew they had to test everything though, since it’s a live server

Then it hit me that, this is EXACTLY what I wanted when I played skate 3 with my friends. We all just wanted to free roam around the map and skate around, nothing crazy just, being able to skate around was kewl enough.
When I saw the “legacy maps from skate 1-3” in the discussion for next season. I got truly excited. It means the community is playing the game, and the devs are responding properly.🤍

yeah there’s so many times i think to myself “single player would be nice”, but then i quickly realize the city feels lifeless without the co-op experience. i think crossplay has been amazing for gaming in general.
& yeah exactly, i’m the same 🙂 i know we can all be hella tough on the developers, but i do think they listen and follow up with a lot of things we ask for. sure i have complaints, but as an indie dev there’s decisions i have to make that i don’t love so i understand it

No. The co-op/RPG element is PERFECT.
The servers are amazing and work very well, super responsive and I’m on amazing wifi too so. Can’t complain.
I love that I can do solo challenges. BUT. If I choose to bring a friend, it not only makes the experience better. But u get more loot.
I truly just put on some J Dilla/Slum Village and vibe out. But man. I love the story.
I REALLY hope coach frank comes back, as I’ve seen shingo a couple of times. Insane haha 🤍⛰️

Yeah it was def something in the WoW side of things.
Old school RuneScape has always had membership. Even before the game and classic was a separate option. Eventually the classic servers shut down and so did RS2 (OSRS)
Then in 2014 a poll sparked the game back up and they had a backup of the old game and it was back to the population again. RS3 really set things back because they filled the game with all micro transactions.
The Gower brothers were very upset as that was never the intent for the original idea of RS
