• air: you gotta have some height

Fair play, to each their own! On my side I like the golden hour time of day and the downhill element (reminds me of skate 2). In SV it doesnt feel like a real city so it kills it for me. Like there is no real residential area, the sense of scale is just off in my mind. It could be an immersion thing where the previous skate games werent on an island so you felt like there was a bigger world beyond the map.

Hi everyone. I’ve played over a hundred hours of Skate, and I just wanted to come by and say that the latest update is really awesome. I liked everything a lot — the texture fixes, the animation fixes. I can clearly see the fix to the impossible trick animation. I also really like Tutorial Island and everything you’ve done with it — all the updates are great. Huge respect.

I saw a lot of negative comments on YouTube under the ads you ran with influencers, and generally across social media, so I wanted to show some support and share my opinion. I see people complaining that they have to pay money, but honestly, putting some things behind a paywall in a free-to-play game is a super obvious and completely understandable decision.

yes totally agree. im always trying to think of clever ways to combine tricks for subtle mechanic ideas. like you can do the Bam whirlybird and other quick grab things with lateflips. now we can explore what is possible with the dark catches. i did one yesterday that was a BS shuv-it -> lateflip dark catch -> lateflip. it feels like lateflips are quicker now too.

I just wish they would add back foot late flips. so you could do either front or back foot lateflips.

I am trying to get my last trophy (Making the Dream Work), but it won't track my co-op challenges. Is this a known issue, or something new with this season? Is there a way to fix it, so I can finish this platinum?

my bad, I should have said I'm on ps5. the ps5 trophy won't track my progress. I finished the tour, so I should have at least 3/10, but it only says 1/10. Today I finally got someone to do co-op, and we did 15 challenges and it still didn't track or pop.
