I’m loving the new update. The new UI is fantastic, skate pass / items are great, darkslides are fire, and new hairstyles are good. In terms of new challenges not much new in that department but it’s an update that made the game better overall

May get hate but I love the new season and the pass. This game doesn’t deserve the extreme hate it gets. There’s a difference between constructive criticism to downright hatred and ignorance. I’ve noticed every gaming community constantly whines and gripes and doesn’t try to appreciate the things they DO have. Yes the paywall sucks but it’s a free game and how else will they be able to give more content without making profit. I have always been a forever skate fan and probs unpopular opinion but this is my favorite skate and I see the potential it can have. Don’t hate me pls 😭

I too have been a huge skate fan. Been playing since the first skate and i was 9yo. This new skate is great and has a lot of potential, the gameplay is fire too. I just feel like my pockets are being ran a little too much for the basic things, and not to mention brickswitch isnt even finished yet. So like, im trying my best to get over certain things but at the same time im not trying to drop 30-50 continuously on things in this game.

thats because skate 3 was a finished product. it had bugs, sure, but no content in the game was locked behind needing to fund the game. This is entirely an input reading issue for me. Joystick is being ignored half the time. I have to reset position and half the time it does a manual instead of a crouch.

Also, the addition of the new map has nothing to do with performance since it's basically an empty LOD texture thing in the distance until you get there. When I booted up I had these weird black shading glitches until I reset my graphic settings 3 times. Also read something about issues with that in the bug notes as well. I'm going to have to take a break from this game for a few weeks. I couldn't spend money with the game in this state.

having issues on both. The part where they decided to force hardware into performance tiers is the main issue I'm sure. You also aren't running RTGI on your card, which is definitely a factor in my case. If you're getting 130fps at 1080 I should be locked to 240fps at 1440p. I think they tried to optimize the graphics somehow and failed miserably. Wouldn't be the first time they've broke the entire experience

the patch broke the game for rtx50 series users. No amount of troubleshooting will fix this issue. Give it a week before people start posting about it all over. Trust me I work in tech. Main issue right now is that my inputs aren't being registered correctly and that needs to change otherwise I can't play this game anymore.

i have teeth issues now, should have seen a dentist years ago tbh.. its not a good situation coz i think i'm gonna need several removed a couple of which are broken at the gums 😬
