Couple years ago I was driving back from work around 3am and some Tourists from LA were stopped in the middle of the road with theur hazards on so I got out and asked them what was wrong. skate pass premium = 1000svb
skate pass premium+ is the same pass but you get a 4000 tix bundle too = 2000svb
so the second is the same as buying the premium and then 4000tix in a bundle later. It does not include anything else special.
(You should never buy tix, so you should also not get the premium +)

I think it's probably two fold as well. The previous season there was the weird conversion amount like X amount of tickets became Y amount, but how do you equate for the people who purchased tickets and make sure they get their money's worth?
