from what i've seen it looks like the sprites/wall graphics like graffiti didn't actually change, just the base texture. the ones we have now are already pretty high resolution, they're just not very dynamic in art style. there's a lot of texture overlays that they use on roads and walls right now that are obviously just a layered photoshop crosshatching brush.

You know ive been in this discord for 4 years now and been wait for a new skate game for over double that amount of time and this game is actually so much worse than i could have ever imagined. I understand having f2p and the result is having paid content but i true ea fashion they took that idea and had the worst execution. I know some of the devs care about the game but there is definitely higher ups that dont have a care but extracting value from the franchise and that is all. This game has given me more depression than the years of waiting for the game they said would never come just for the light to come at the end of the tunnel(skate. being announced) to actually be a train heading down that tunnel. The thing that sucks so much is how great the game could actually be, implementing real missions, having a story, including real skaters in the game, having parks that actually are made by other players, finally have flip tricks that look super realistic but then no dark slides or finger flips or or or. I digress but it makes me, a kid who got skate 3 right when it came out as a birthday present immensely sad this is how this game had turned out so far. I have a glimmer of hope for the future of this game, but not enough to support the game with money for dlcs and cosmetics

You're correct i do have an ASUS mobo, My main monitor is set as primary and my GPU port order is correct. both sound pretty simple but if you've played either you'll know its much more complicated than that, both have worlds that have a bunch of detail, exploration and opportunities for emerging gameplay.

I know that gta and skate are pretty radically different, but if skate. cared more to preserve the basic gameplay loop of previous games while just providing a decent playground for all of it, they could just add micro-transactions to skip gameplay for the pay pigs, while leaving everyone else relatively unaffected.
