I have mine in zero and sometimes a manual just stops manualling.

Yes.
The only difference is that the connection is detachable.
A fully wired controller has 1 connection point (where you plug it into the PC), where a wireless has 2 (PC & Controller), the data is sent at the same speed regardless of the connection type.

the tunnel has too many objects close together.. it makes a lot of what could be skated mostly unusable because they get interfered with by a nearby object.. eg. a grindable object triggers the wallride response because its too close to something else etc

because you're currently using no upscaling (hence native) with AMD anti-aliasing.. its comparable for example to DLSS w/ DLAA, again no upscaling just added AA

if you want to upscale then DLSS will yield better results than FSR (without splitting hairs or arguing the fine print) but wont work on non-Nvidia cards

they have their trade-offs..

like FXAA may be less taxing on your hardware but its basically a post processor to refine edges... simple faster single frame edge refinement

Temporal/TAA is similar but uses additional frames to help find edges and refine them and can reduce the shimmering effect of FXAA.. there are certain scenarios where TAA can maybe sometime not always give the impression of slightly reduced texture quality, but the benefits generally outweigh the possibility of that

i choose TAA in the case of skate (also turn off dynamic resolution if you have that on)

Just speculating here, but I suspect a lot of people who stayed in the game, live on the game, and give feedback about the game through appropriate channels have asked for harder challenges, because the original batch were perceived as too easy by many players, and the players who found the game in general too hard were less frequently retained long enough to encourage them to submit official feedback.

Also to everyone that is a nosebleed enjoyer, you guys figured out a way to make it work but it was broken. you could do the ledges transfer correctly and it still wouldn’t work. My character would clip pillars on the way down for no reason at all.

My only suggestion is that you use the replay editor to grab a good recording if a challenge is consistently betraying you so that devs know exactly where it's broken.

I think that task wanted us to pull our character between ledges and not flip trick, but it was unclear. There's also complexity to pulling off the rail safely at high speed that was interesting to me, but surely not for everyone. And there were small objects that could be clipped on the way down. But yeah I think just trying challenges should be rewarded so that people never feel the stress of getting absolutely nowhere in their goals when they are logged into the game trying to have fun.

I can hit it almost every time but there are many ways I tried hitting it first that did not work, so I sympathize with people's frustration. The way that works consistently for me (at least as consistently as landing a grind or something like that) is pulling from the outside of the rail into the inner ledge at the exact moment I reach the yellow section of rail that identified the spot where they want us to transfer.

i dont remember it all at this point (tutorial island was forever ago for me) but you only get chip for completing something. so you cant farm or keep doing something to get more chips. once you complete something its done (unless a challenge refreshes)

Most recent OTL bugged out for me this week. Joined a group, they started the challenge, I couldn't see the goals/timer but they completed it and the mission completion displayed. Yeah, I usually just placed a large kicker ramp on the red bike path coming from the Gullcrest community park side. Sometimes it lets me launch over, no issue. Most times I bail immediately upon hitting the ramp. Closest landing I've gotten was getting onto the off-ramp going down towards the little ferry gate.
