Something I just noticed about the pass:
page 3 item - Black Backwards Cap

This is literally just dark hat forwards and backwards as different items on the pass… the models are slightly different, but not nearly enough to be different items entirely

This really should have been a customization option instead of individual purchase, and I hope this isn’t an indicator that the intent with this is to eventually sell the same hat twice over for both versions

well i played for a large amount of hours the first month since it was fun, and had a lot of hopes for the future of the game (im still trying to retain this), so i decided to grab it. however this update has shown me maybe i misplaced my hopes a bit.

as for it being the same company as battlefront, i assumed that precisely that should have taught them a lesson, but once again maybe i was incorrect

"Waiting for Players" bug when doing solo challenges.
Users experience an infinite loading screen when trying to join San Van on Xbox platforms.
Long queues to log into the game/server issues.
Founder's Upgrade is missing if Founder's Pack is purchased on a different platform.
Game crashes when scrolling through users in Spectate.
Players can be trapped by drop items in shop spawn locations.
The RIP Card customization will flicker between the old and new assets for a while after the selected user updates their customization.
Player stuck unable to progress Tour 1 Skater Eyes: Stunting 101.
During the last step of "Spots and How to Own Them" when the user will start the challenge, they will be stuck for ~3 minutes with the message "Waiting for players".
Quick Drops are invisible when chosen and cannot be placed.
Sometimes viewing the preview of players in the San Van List causes a black screen, and exiting out to game from this state will lead to a soft lock.
When entering a grind and leaning to exit, skater disappears (rare).
Criteria for unlocking the Historic neighborhood (Gullcrest Village) is not showing up, causing the mission to not appear.
Disabled the "Pad Hopper" Challenge due to a world prop making the Challenge harder than intended.

ftr i meant i would refund the battle pass if i could, not the founders pack. it should have been an optional use for season 1 or any other season imo. i'll be sticking around to see where it goes, but yeah, my hopes went from fairly high to kinda low after this update. mainly because of all the stuff they broke and bugs they added, to name just a few:

-haven't been able to play coop once
-game crashes constantly
-game wont load even after queuing you get kicked
-broke tricks (including my favourite)
-broke graphics, have a weird glitchy line on the screen i didn't get before

as well as a bunch of other bugs and glitches mentioned here a thousand times already.

that's before we even get to people still being softlocked etc, or the other valid complaints.

and even longer before we get to the cosmetics. the reason i said i would refund the battle pass is for ALL of these reasons, not the cosmetics or even the fact it currently looks impossible to actually attain them all within the season unless they add a bunch of ways to earn tix.

The issue isn’t that the cosmetics suck. The issue is that this is what we got instead of any new meaningful gameplay content.

If the pass was at least acceptable and actually had things people wanted instead of boyband emotes, we’d let the fact they haven’t added new gameplay elements slide.

But no, instead we got a bunch of stuff that nobody wanted, seasonal “challenges” that took less than 1 hour to finish, and you have to pay $10 for a backwards hat.

That’s why everybody is upset. No new challenges, no new droppables, no new replay features, no new anything.

They didn’t even try to give us a reason to spend money.

Its annoying but if you're a leader, watch the side of the screen to see if everyone has tricked on the spot, then you can end the challenge yourself and itll still count. It's just a ui bug and it appears the ui integer is linked to the mission state. Without the ui updating the game doesn't know until after you end the challenge and it does its checks to see what was completed

There's a cheesy way to get the co-op things done. Invite friend to a party and have them decline the challenge. You'll have (0/1 people tricked in the spot) and it will fulfill as a solo player for co-op rewards.

If you are a STEAM PLAYER with infinite loading screen:

-Install game to C drive not external if it is
-verify integrity of files
-check to see if firewall is blocking it
-make sure anticheat installed
-if you get in game turn graphics to medium reset game (this fixed all coop joining bugs for me)

Hard reset pc if still not working. It took me 3 installs to get firewall pop-up to come up but you can also do it manually.

We can KNOW this, because there is a seasonal task that needs you to do 120 objectives in season 1 challenges. That is only possible if there will be at least 120 objectives to do. And at the moment, there are not.

I think there's a lot of confusion in regards to the seasonal events

The seasonal challenges aren't daily refresh challenges, they are standard challenges that when completed stay finished

Full Circle will be adding new seasonal challenges weekly,
with about 40 seasonal challenges for the Hesh and fresh event alone

additionally, the Skate-o-Ween and 7-Ply Maple Harvest seasonal events will add new opportunities to earn Tix, as well as their respective event currency

You aren't able to get all possible Tix yet, which is why the pass seems impossible without paying for more Tix

TLDR: You will be able to earn enough Tix to complete the pass fully when the devs add new challenges and the seasonal events

If you are a STEAM PLAYER with infinite loading screen:

-Install game to C drive not external if it is
-verify integrity of files
-check to see if firewall is blocking it
-make sure anticheat installed
-if you get in game turn graphics to medium reset game (this fixed all coop joining bugs for me)

Hard reset pc if still not working. It took me 3 installs to get firewall pop-up to come up but you can also do it manually.
