well, unfortunately, things do happen. (i'm not a network dev, but am sitting in the call waiting for an update to share with y'all)
expected downtime was 1 hour. however, when redeploying, the team found an issue and we had to extended it. we don't have an ETA as they're currently working to get the issue resolved and get the servers back up. (and I'm not a fan of having to reset ETAs - it frustrates folks almost more than servers being offline.)
