On release in 2010, Skate 3 had a mixed reception from fans of Skate 1 & 2.

a lot of people thought it lost the gritty, realistic vibe of the first two and had a weaker career mode.
So at first it sold pretty modestly and was kinda niche. Most of us OG players kept playing skate 1 and 2.

Then in 2013 PewDiePie started making Skate 3 videos — showing off the ragdoll physics, glitches, and just how funny the game could be. Those clips blew up, tons of other creators joined in, and suddenly everyone was playing it again.

EA even confirmed later that YouTubers like PewDiePie caused Skate 3 sales to spike years after launch. That’s what turned it from “decent sequel with mixed reviews” into the cult classic.

id say for long term use premier pro is probably a good one to try and learn, mainly because if you get good enough with it you can land some pretty decent jobs, but if your only goal is just skate clips literally any other video editor is fine hell you can use microsoft clipchamp if you so desired...id recommend learning a new long term skill like premier pro tho, always nice to have a new skill on the CV

Guys a fix for being stuck is to party up with someone who has the entire map unlocked. They can start missions in co-op you complete them together and it’ll unlock more for you and unstuck you. im going to be helpful unlike @modern radish and say, try verifying files. after that try reinstalling. if it still doesnt work, try installing javelin anticheat by itself. if it STILL doesnt work, check if windows defender is blocking the anticheat in any way

No, a native Linux/Steam Deck version has not been announced. Also, given the current state of anti-cheat software on the platform (which skate uses), I wouldn’t expect it anytime soon.

We’ll probably see a Switch 2 version first, though that’s just speculation as well.

Hey guys, I don’t know why, but ever since I got the game I’ve been stuck on this mission. It just won’t show up for me. For my friends it appeared in the HUD, but for me it doesn’t. I can’t track it or complete it no matter what I do.

I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, even tried a different publisher. I just want to finish the mission.

Does anyone know how I can reset or complete it? Or at least tell me where I can find the save files in the Skate folders so I can delete them and start fresh? Or maybe another way to restart all missions from the beginning?

no it will not, people need to stop saying this.
In Skate 3 Hall of Meat had to be turned on, it was not on by default. All they have to do is add an option (just like skate 3) to turn it off. and it is confirmed coming later down the line anyways.
