He seems like a chill dude that has requirements he has to keep in line. It sucks, but they are training better drivers in a way. I wish America was more strict about driver's tests. Some people get too lax with their driving and ignore rules of the road and end up hitting mailboxes, not using turn signals, etc.

if he chose console as his platform, then he hasn't been invited. for the previous tests, they were specifically for PC so if you chose PS5 or Xbox One, for example, you would automatically be ineligible.

Pegi 16, but ESRB T is 13+ (recommended) for the USA.

On that note, Always preferred the PEGI system the way it splits teen games into younger and older teen games. With ESRB a lot of the PEGI 16 games get hit with an M rating and the M rating spans soooo much it can be wildly different between two games in expectations. Like Halo CE getting an M rating because of the flood being scary looking is a very different M rating than GTA's M rating. But the PEGI system splits that better imo, Halo CE being 16 and GTA being 18.
Ultimately I know it doesn't mean much but I think it does help set expectations and parents navigate games better

It works great for me after I spent a week capturing traffic data charts from my house and my parents house (same neighborhood) because every time I'd call my ISP to let them know I was having random dropouts and everything was good with my end, they'd still tell me that there wasn't an issue on their end and would blame me/my equipment. After sending the support the data gathered, proving it was their issue, 24hrs later problem was resolved and it's been issue free for 6+ months lol.
It definitely is little to do with devices used and mainly connection dependent. You don't even need high speeds to have it run smoothly. I've run it well on slow hotel wifi. But there's still some fast paced games that the extra input delay does become noticeable

If you are invited, you have a window to register. Once the window closes, you either registered or you will have to wait for an invite in the future. If the former, you will get more info about the playtest when it's time to download and whatnot.
