I think I'm friending some birds. I've been leaving feed out for them and forgot to yesterday. This morning as I was getting into my car one fluttered at me as he sat on top of the metal roof staring at me like he was going to dive bomb me.
So before I left I went back to go put some feed out for him. As I was about to get into my car, he flew over my head, landed on the fence. Did a little chirp squeak at me and then flew off towards the feed.

First, no one has made a skate. game since 2010 - and Full Circle started from scratch. The yearly titles (which are all sports titles) are yearly because.. there was a game the year before. That's how yearly titles from any publisher work. They build on last year's title - adding new features, improvements, etc.

Second, the studio was founded in 2021. (There's still some positions open as the team builds the game, runs playtests, takes feedback from the player council, the playtesters, and the community at large - mind you, not "hurry up" feedback because they're taking their time.)

The team isn't rushing, and won't be rushed. You can be patient or not, but it won't change when the game releases. (If you feel the need to leave the server, that's unfortunate, but won't change anything about the speed of development.)

For some context about development timelines - GTA V took 5 years once they hit full development. Diablo IV took a decade. Relax. It's gonna be alright, bud.

I think the best news we got was in a boardroom where one guy said something along the lines of “its sometimes hard not getting caught up in the game, cause we’re working on it, but its fun” smth like that if i remember correctly- like so fun the developers get caught up in it this early?! Now thats a game im willing to wait long for!

Yeah, you can tell from talking to the team they are super passionate about getting the game right, making sure it has longevity for the community, and evolves the franchise while respecting the legacy of skate.

I’ve been playing a lotta Baldur’s Gate 3 recently, pretty fun, but I’m on my third run because a massive bug with the Xbox port caused me to lose two lots of saved progress 😭

I personally know a lot of people with degrees that are working at McDonald's because there weren't enough jobs around for what they were trying to get into. They have good pay and benefits, but not worth the degree they got. One has a marine biology degree.

I had a cinematic Hitman video and a normal Hitman video like I've been making and for each mission, you get one shot and if you die or your target dies, you cannot restart the mission. For one, I died on accident, then for the other, when I was ready to complete the mission, one of the targets didn't die and it ruined the run completely.

Have to say that it was the only game i could always play solo or with some friends and just chill and talk. Rather then constantly stressing when playing a FPS or something

It might honestly be the one thing that has it stand out over the other titles for me. It just has a lot of stuff to choose from, lets you freely rotate, colour, and even merge objects, compared to other games, so it gives many options to build what you want, or recreate something relatively close.

The wackiness, the game has such a good mix of realism and unreal-ism that it's just perfect in every way. Growing up with skate 2 and 3 on the XB360 was great, although I don't remember much of it ngl 😅 The game is just such a chill type game in almost all playstyles, whether it be solo or multiplayer

It's believed Rockstar started on GTA 6 around 2015, then started fully working on it in 2017. Skate didn't start until around 2020.
