I agree to disagree, yeah sure anyone can sign up, yeah sure there is a bunch of people. Are you attesting that those players are interested in the development of the game or in it for themselves? There is a fine line between a controller and a skateboard. I'm sure they're not just looking for average gamers to test out there skateboarding game. So unless you're saying everyone who signed up a) skates and b) plays skate titles, then ya sure I'd rule out my playtest if that is the average gamer they are seeking.

Ok so I’m a glazier and that’s a person who installs glass and stuff but we do aluminum doors in buildings as well and we painted the door for these people and we specifically told them it’s not gonna look good because we ARE NOT A PAINTING BUSINESS so now they are 3800 dollars because they don’t like the paint on an emergency exit door like nobody will inspect the paint as there bolting out the door

The EA playtesting website keeps saying it can’t log me in for the last like week… says there’s “more traffic than usual” and to log in later but later never comes… anyone else having the same issue??

Ultra HD games are way more complicated to make. The "Games every 2 years" kind of deal many studios were doing in the 2010s were possible back then but not today. Nowadays, games can take anywhere from around 3 to 6 years depending on how detailed the game is or how detail-oriented the development is.

if you've seen how this game looks now and how lots of EA games perform and look it will take a long time. For example, Battlefield 2042 had some fun game play and I don't want them to be rushed so a good game could be produced.

I mean, the announcement would be - we're still working on it - which is what the Board Room videos are.
Haven't even started external console testing. That's gonna happen before we "announce" release.
