It's moving at dev pace without insane crunch that damages the industry and devs.
The team is taking their time - but the reason you think it may be taking a bit long is.. most big publishers don't talk about and/or show the early early stages.

Usually you get a flashy announcement and 3 months later another trailer. By this time, the game is almost completely done. 6 more months (give or take) - another trailer, a couple conventions, a Beta, and then launch.

You're just seeing stuff way earlier than you would in the world of game development.

The important thing is you give a little bit of time here and there to get comfortable and stay consistent. But even after a few years of a break I was able to pick it back up and within a few days have my balance back. I'd like to think I'm at your definition of ok and as much as I love skating I have way too many hobbies I cycle through. Consistency is the most important part of learning skills but once you get a few down it's just about keeping the motions well oiled.

YES - i completely understand why they are showing off everything free first like maps and activities. But I’m actually really hyped on seeing what we will actually be paying for , the micro transactions.

But if it means paying, i want to make sure my character looks like no one else

I liked a lot of the customization options clothing wise from thps 1+2 but I wish they were more in-depth than they were. The pad options were nice looking but I wish they weren't locked down to only the pants/shirt that came with them

In skate, the only decent pads/helmet look was on DWay. Be cool to take those and slap them on top of other clothing options

Yes ! Love thps12 customization on my nintendo, but only like 2 collared shirts and cant change out the T underneath

This is kinda like gtaO but but i hope you can have an apartment. You pay for a “spawn zone” in different parts of the map

I get your worries but Full Circle have said that this is the last skate game so no FIFA situation. This EA game just feels different, like they see the game more than just a way for them to fill their pockets, it feels more like a passion project
