That hasn't been revealed yet, but if you watch the latest video you'll see they are doing everything fresh from the ground up, and that takes time so it's probably coming, but not there yet and/or we haven't seen it yet

The most thing concern about is there competitive, some type of creator mode where’s you can make your own park and invite your friends in custom maps and even board creator so you can design your own deck . Hopefully a story mode and also security guards and also big black .

Oh, hello. Clarification time. I never did anything for NFS...other than play the H.E. Double Sticks out of the old ones. (See how I didn't say hell there?) I was the bowl/transition contest announcer in all three Skate games...was modelled with long hair in Skate 2 and short hair in Skate 3. Always wore Auto Repairs R Wee shirts. He's a legendary local skater skater that has a shop and makes shirts for the local Bowl Series. I wrote the game...but was inserted into the role because I used to announce local contests IRL...and we ran out of budget after paying for the X-Games announcer in Skate 1. It became a thing. There you go, history.

Man it makes me really sad that the game is going f2p since all of the great customization of the first 3 games will be pay walled at the best and at the worst missions and whatever else will be blocked off unless you pay up

I feel like its something the higher ups want because the negatives of going free to play are much higher than the positives and my example for that would be Halo Infinite. practically all customization in that game was pay walled and it was barely updated for its first year.

that is just what my mind thinks when I hear a new game from a franchise I love is going free to play

Depends on the game and the model.
In this case, I like where they are headed, and here's why.

• FTP means it's open for anyone to play it, even if they don't have much money. This means so many more people get an opportunity to play and potentially fall in love with the skate. games.
• It being available on multiple platforms (with cross-platform progression and cross-platform multiplayer) means that we are opened up to a larger audience than if we were locked to a specific console.
• This kind of business model means the game can be supported and updated with new content for a long time to come.
• No paid maps means the playerbase won't ever be fractured by me owning a map but you not owning it so we can't play together. All future maps/content will be open and accessible to all players.
• The micro transactions are always going to be an optional thing and a way to support them if you can. The team has also said that customization is an important part of expressing yourself and they understand, so that is a good indication that we'll have some nice free options for customization as well as paid.

For some games, this model might not work, especially if it's implemented poorly. But a skateboarding game seems like the type of game this model works well for. Especially if it's for the long haul to be supported for years to come
