Also, as far as i can tell, you can't pay for a year subscription to Game Pass Ultimate for whatever reason, instead you gotta do some weird conversion thing where you buy a year subscription to Xbox Live Gold, and then convert it to Ultimate Game Pass somehow. It seems really unintuitive and I don't know why they don't just sell a yearly subscription to Game Pass Ultimate.
Especially considering they can do that with Xbox Live Gold and have been doing that for years.

Extra - Same as Essential but with a Game Catalog and Ubisoft+ Classics, frankly they should charge less for having Ubisoft games in it but i digress
Premium - Same as Extra but with the "Classics Catalog", which is PS1 games, i think, as well as game trials and cloud streaming. Yes, game trials are exclusive to PS Plus Premium.
Also some games in the monthly games thing are exclusive to PS Plus Premium.

Signing up for playtests subject you to three agreements that you can read before even signing up to become a playtester.
- The user agreement
- Pre-Release Feedback Agreement
- Playtesting Community Code of Conduct
They aren't long and pretty clear on what can and can't be done.
In fact, the Pre-Release Feedback Agreement section 9, paragraph 2, states what can't be shared. It even mentions nothing can be disclosed. So while technically not an NDA, part of the agreement you agree to by simply signing up is an agreement to not disclose anything to anyone outside of the program meaning it could be considered an NDA.
But further, it means it's much more than just breaking server rules.

what if completely out of left field we got Max Goof as an unlockable skater in Skate.
I was like if they make it so you can choose your skater's height and have it affect gameplay you could get Bart Simpson in there but literally no game I can think of in all of video games besides Dragon's Dogma has a height option in the character creator that affects gameplay
being able to choose your character's height is a QA nightmare and I'm surprised even one game ever tried it
