That is kind of a standard bug that has been around for a long time though. You hit Find Match and after 15 or 20 seconds it kicks you back a screen. It has you in the queue, but you don't see it. If you hit the Find Match button again, it puts you back into the queue, or the game if it has already started.

If you aren't paying attention (like watching youtube on another screen) and don't realize it sent you back a screen, then you don't realize you are in a game and losing.

This is every single game for me, for months now.

So I have learned to hit the button, wait 20 seconds, hit it again, and im good.

Sitngo qualifiers added good gameplay metrics and also offered the opportunity for casuals to finally play some leviathan even tho they wouldn't qualify for elimination rounds.
There were also 2 timeslots to offer some flexibility for players all arround the world. Current timeslot is imo bad, at least for almost all in europe and i guess for most in US aswell.

Also...I remeber many people here especially top tier players totally destroying BO2 format for anything when it came to ranked mode.
I guess they feel now confident enough in their skill and decks to qualify for sure, so BO2 gets accepted since it's less playtime for the amount of reward.

Usually, I can’t move the Illuvials when the augmentation selection is happening.
I try to make a choice, but all three options disappear, and the Illuvials can’t be moved. This continues until the selection timer runs out, or until I somehow manage to choose a random augmentation.

We have a smaller team on Arena now and we want to keep shipping updates so there will be some bugs every now and then. I play daily as well and I have noticed a couple of new frustrating ones, a lot already are fixed and will come in the next update.

Could you further reduce the chance of getting tier 0 monsters? I was level 5, and then 4 appeared at once; it's common, you're practically forced to go to level 6 to get rid of them. Most of the time we only use them to hit stage 2 monsters and then we're done.

It was the worst when we didn’t have any tailoring at all. You got 100% random Chips. Now with the change it at least goes in the direction of what you already have and you can manoeuvre it still a little.
I think the part with putting units on bench was never their intention and they planned to have it like the latest patch in the first place

||I think players dont participate at this because they dont know will be patch in mainnet before IPL1000 or Grant Event or not. If devs answered on this question and players would be sure in this then playtests would have a lot of pro players just to train new patch. But why we need to do if we dont know will be patch or even if we know that it wont? If it wont why we need to lose time to useless patch when we have 2 big tournaments soon on another patch lol ? ||

Not sure you are fully aware that the teamsize is pretty small working on arena and the game being still in development making it almost impossible to forsee an exact date if you wana ship as fast as possible.
Could do like many other studios, and just finish and polish the patch until it's done and then hold it back and announce it.
But since game is actively developed it can make sense to ship asap to get feedback asap.

This game's RNG system is flawed; it's unbelievable. You search for a unit the entire game and it doesn't appear. It's stressful and infuriating. There was literally only one person with a Revo pool, with 3 units. You spend the entire game until round 25 rolling and the missing unit doesn't appear. It's ridiculous! While other people have already finished getting full stage 4 and 3 units, you're stuck with a low-cost unit. What's the logical explanation for this? Absolute bad luck. This happens several times, and you can't find the logic behind it; it simply seems to have disappeared from the pool.
