Yeah, I have 12 Solon converters (I have fallen star landmark) which all have 100% or higher output.

But only like 3 or 4 of the other types. Anymore I start to lose % boosts

Should be able to build +-18 on 150% efficiency on a t4 focused on fuel.

• don't forget the paths, ser. If you connect your structures with paths they get reduction in building time, upgrading time, production time. Basically everything gets done faster.
  The more buildings connected, the higher the bath bonus.
• also your converters negatively influence each other. You might want to think about spreading them out a bit.
• Also your hyperion extractor actually gives your hyperion converter an efficiency push, so you might want to consider moving your hyperion converter close to your hyperion extractor..
• You could also think about building more powerstations to bring up the efficiency to 150%. A nice side-effect of that is that you have more strucutures you can connect with your path, so the path bonus is increased.

Of course not. If not every body would be burning fuel like crazy xD. It is a little help, and it really depends on what you think will come and if you like playing IZ. In other games you pay a monthly susciption, or have to buy it. Here, now that it is cheap, you buy the plot and you can play it forever for free and get some weekly income.

Yes, the game, fuel system and revenue changed quite much in the last year. You can read about it in Zero patch notes and pinned messages in this channel. It is still far from what was intended, but quite an improvement, specially these days with Beyond launches and the future tournament announced. I never had the problem with battery, although the mobile phone get quite hot after 15 minutes (Samsung A55 with plastic cover). I´ve been playing for a year now.

I don´t get goals in the MC. Is that normal? I´m low on Carbon 🙁

hmm, maybe in terms of amortization that end is even worse, I don't know, but I can say from first hand experience that a nearly maxed out t1 basically doesn't provide anything. At the moment that is quite understandable since we need revenue for land to work in general. Also, skins don't really are sought after at the moment.

it depends a bit for how long you are holding the assets.
The longer you hold your assets, the worse high tiers are performing in terms of amortization.
Price ratios changed a bit to get closer to the real value, so if you buy right now it would probably be the same for pretty much all tiers. (would have to make an exact analysis of the market tho... but roughly looking at floorprices it should be like that)

If you look at current situation, t1 are THE performer 😄
Cause all the money is basically coming from leaderboard rewards

This is one way that I think would work ok.

Keep your land in a metamask controlled wallet. Create an empty passport account. Add your metamask as a secondary wallet.
Give someone control of the email that controls that passport account, giving them access to play illuvium zero with your land. If you maintain control of the email account then you can still control the passport account as well.

Only one person can use the land in that account. A metamask wallet can only be the secondary wallet on one account.

Hey, it seems that the fuel converters do not benefit from efficiency. Even 150% efficiency, still converting 3 and 6 for level 1 and 2 within 2 hours as when having 100% efficiency. Is that right?

Yes for active fuel conversion. Lot of patches ago, 150% efficiency was changed to give 1:1 at converter lvl 6. Depending on the lvl of the converter, you can get 1:1 with lower efficiency, even at max lvl. This can change when building at the border of the plot, I think it is affected by the converters built in adjacent plots. Only in a T4, with converters with more than 150% efficiency, you can get more fuel that it costs (up 90 fuel per conversion at 180%)

both, extractor and converter get affected by efficiency.
Low output numbers might get rounded up to your favor and you don't need max efficiency, which will change with upgrading your production structures.

Yes, as Dr. says, at higher levels you will notice the difference (the "learning curve"). The efficiency matters specially at lvl 4-6 also because you have less space available to put them spaced away and need higher efficiency to achieve 1:1 conversion. Also, at the borders of the plot, the efficiency usually needs to be even higher to achieve 1:1. My guess is that the reason is what is built in the adjacent plot, but I don´t really know 🙂

Well, the passive generation of converters is quite a lot for a T1 and quite a bit for a T2. Not so important for T3 and T4, relatively speaking, but also important in absolute terms: if you have 20 converters, for a T3 it is (27x20)/5days= 108 fuel daily (more than most T1 can produce including fuel extractor); and for a T4 (54x20)/5= 216 (almost the daily production of a T2 with 3 fuel extractors)

Rounding the circle: for a T1 (15x20)/5 = 60 (almost double the extractor); for a T2 (18x20)/5 = 72 (almost 1.5 extractors, so quite important too).

the longest part still ahead. You can buy a second worker if you know how to manage fuel, that will be your main stopper. Never 3 for a T1. But with your first plot 1 worker is ok while you learn that.

I respectfully disagree. First thing I did after every T1 I bought was get my max workers. When you have 21 fuel converters all ready to go from Level 5 to 6, it's a godsend.

Yes, being able to keep up with the elements is the challenge. Having the extractors at Level 8 helps. But yeah, the extractors will definitely slow you down.

Yes, the higher the tier and the stage, the more rare they are. The tier is limited by the level of the scanner, so you need scanner lvl 5 to fiend biodata tier 5.

T5 is quite difficult to find, T4 no so much. The most difficult is stage 3 of each Illuvial. You will usually find first stage 1, then stage 2 and finally 3. Very rarely you find first a higher stage, but sometimes happens

afaik it's more like the balancing part of the bonding curve, not the rarity part.
Bbonding curves in beta build actually never got confirmed as far as i remember.

From my personal experience, biodata had always roughly the same success rate according to the official numbers, so that would make somewhat sense that bonding curve doesn't really affect the successrate, but maybe what BP you find.

Besides those who have bugged facts, where you can't find facts, i have very consistently 2 a day (rarely 3 or 4 and rarely 0 or 1) with the 20 mat labs.
Those with the bugged facts, really have a low rate, so i expect those facts actually have a significant impact.

But successfully scanning BIODATA and having successful RESEARCH for blueprints are not the same thing.

It has also previously been stated that discovering Blueprints was on a bonding curve. I’ll have to ask the dev chat specifically about the math that is actually currently controlling the success rate for researching blueprints.

I wouldn´t bother much about bonding curves nowadays, just a good thing to know for the future. That bonding curve will probably be designed for 20k plots (or directly 100k) where everyone is active and a lot of them, if not all, are scanning and researching, But were no more than 832 are active (daily collecting extractor on a T1) and far less (very few really) scan and research

Both blueprints and workers are tied to the plot and they are lost when sold. They are kept only if you transfer the plot to a wallet linked to the profile. The same with all the resources, only the lvl of the plots and the buildings remains when sold.

I can’t send a message in there, but it is a good thing in the long run (in my opinion). But Nijafe touched on a key point. To limit the amount of “dump” from longer term holders it should be “borrowed” and not “taken” from stakers and land holders. If you were told that you would get it back, just in the future when the game does succeed, you would be more inclined to hold onto your stake or land. If rewards were just slashed with no clear “repayment” we would see a lot of longer term holders just sell.

What tier? take it calm. If T1, limit resource extractors (carbon, silicon and hydrogen) to lvl 8, not to 9 to keep getting goals rewards. Even in T2 with the last one of each element. Not important in T3&4. Develop focusing on getting fuel extractor to lvl 6 first (quite long) but build fuel converters as soon as possible and keep them 2-3 lvl after fuel extractor.

If want to go relaxed, 1 worker on T1, 2 on T2. If want to go faster 2 workers for T1 is fine, never 3 (if you don´t want to buy coins) and 3 for the rest. The second worker can be boudght with some patience with the free plot and the paid plot. You must buy coins for the 3rd if only have 1 plot.

You can buy one of my plots to check 😉 . At the end, each distribution depends on the placement of the element and fuel mines and if you want science, how much time invest on design, etc. I would say 20 fuel converters are good for a 100% fuel distribution, 22 if you want to invest more time in distribution and 14/16 should be the minimum. If it is science oriented, you need 5 research labs and at least 3 scanners (there are "only" 130 biodata but 2860 blueprints) all at max efficiency (150% and 100 respectively) and, maybe around 10/12 fuel converters. And a bonus path of 16% or more.

One thing that has seemed to have gone up is the price of high TPI Illuvials. At least that has been true for the ones I am looking at and there are less low offers accepted. I have no stats for that though, just observation.

I would expect that scenario to play out rather than auto drone runs, which give so many bad stats, or to have Arena players spending a bunch of time in OW.

There is no use case for low stat Illuvials except for Zero skins which have been obliterated by the DAO being able to produce cosmetics and give them for goals achieved etc.

We still need a reason for Illuvials to exist as NFTs. Hopefully that will come with Leviathan tournaments and MMO.

I tried Moonpay in 2023, it blocked me for any reason and I never used it again xD. I used a metamask wallet to transfer ETH or USDC depending what I wanted to buy (now I only use ETH, there is no need to mess with 2 cryptos, but this is a personal decision). You probably will have a switch to change the crypto you want to buy. If the asset is listed in ETH, you can only buy or offer ETH. The same with USDC. If you see an offer in USDC for an asset in ETH or vice versa, it is an orphan offer from when it was listed in the other crypto. There is a severe problem with old/legacy/orphan/unfunded/unrejectable orders

The info screen is static, it is the info without path bonus. The activity tab and the window when starting an activity is dynamic and change depending on the bonus path applied to the building (when clicking in the building the bonus path can be seen and is also dynamic but is sometime bugged and the tip is not updated always)

I have some plots where it works right and others where the time is updated but the % not, etc.

Illuvium doesn't use zkEVM right now, just IMX. The fuel is off-chain too. Best description of this process is in the channel pins here, but there's more to it than burning fuel from land to get fuel in your Illuvium account.

No worries, people are usually pretty helpful here. Basically when you burn fuel you're making yourself eligible for a share of the week's revenue, which of course depends on how much Illuvium brings in that week and how much fuel other landholders burn. You can collect it on the website in either ETH or fuel. See the first pin for details though.

Fuel burning changed when unified fuel was put in place.
Here's a screenshot that explains it a little - but in essence, you now burn your fuels, which gives yo ua portion of the revenue depending on the amount you burn.

Yes, you can delete all nexus except one, just make sure to have them maxed out first so you get the structure limit

Hello, I have a Tier 2 Land and I need some advice how to proceed building and upgrading. I bought the land three days ago and I was lucky that someone has reached already Lvl. 265.
I played a bit and I can produce for one cycle approx. 1084 (in total for Crypton, Hyperion and Solon). Yesterday I got the reward for burning 165. I received 1 Fuel.
I would like to play more Overworld, but when I get so less Fuel, this will take a few weeks until I can get to Stage 1. How can I improve this?

Where are the limits for my land 2?
How can I sell my land 2 and make a notice that its almost fully build and at lvl.270 now?

The use of fuel from IZ to play OW is a "feature" that was deprecated with Unified fuel system long time ago. Burned fuel can be exchanged wtih ETH or it corresponding value in Unified Fuel. We all hope that in the future revenue is increased, so Fuel reward too, but I´m not sure it will be enough to play OW even with a T2. Any way, with the MMO that system should change completely, so let´s wait and see what happens.

Regarding the increase in fuel production, each fuel extractor should produce 50 fuel daily and each fuel converter 18 each 5 days (with a 16% path bonus or greater). The only way to increase fuel output is build more converters. But I think the better balances is to have as much as possible with 18 passive production and you may be able to add some with 12/15 passive fuel production without affecting the others.

You can connect buildings with paths, but that only effects the cooldown time on a building.

I was well underway to getting 120 credits for a second worker, and I must have clicked on speed up a building not reading right. Every time that message pops up, storage full, are you sure??? Don’t know exactly, from fuel extraction could be something like 70x9=630 fuel per 24h, plus how many converters you build. I think max converters per map was 21 or something like that, that gives out about 18 fuel passively each per 3 days. When burning fuel it depends on how much fuel other people have burned that week, it determines how much % from the pot you get.

No. It removes all the buildings. I don´t remember what happens with the resources (elements, fuel, biodata and BP). But the workers and the level of the plot remains. The credits too, as they are bound to the account, not the plot. Resseting the plot cannot used to gain more credits.

Your scanner seem a little loww on efficiency, have you considered building them in the opposite corner, and switching those 3 coverters up to the scanners corner?
Might be a simple swap bringing your scanners up in efficiency and your converters might stay on a similar efficiency

or just try to move those 4 buildings somewhere else

Powerstations by the way don't influence your scanners efficiency negative.
Just all other buildings in the scanners area of effect

if you have 2 scanners on your plot, i guess i would try to place each of them in a different corner, then a path to connectem to your pathing system, then 2 lines of powerstations, then a path to follow the systematic and then you can start with your converter line and the scanners have 100% efficiency without taking up much space.

You have one of the cleanest setup plots I have seen and looks great the only recommendation that I have is you can try alternating different fuel converters so you can add more and that will also allow you to have them closer together unless you are trying to just generate one kind of fuel. Different kinds of converters don't affect each other as much

If you lose access to your email for any reason, you lose access to your passport account. I didn´t research much about this (as I consider my email safe enough right now), but you should had to deal with support to recover access with another email or whatever. I didn´t see the wallet useful for this. And you can not configure the authentication frequency (this is not a problem, but an annoyance).

Also, if some one get access to your email, also owns your account. Transactions are still protected with the wallet, but you can change the wallet and it is over. I even increased my level just because I saw in the rewards section that a second method of authentication (MFA) could be configured. But I don´t know what I read, there is no MFA available ...
Am I missing something?

There is a low rate of success. Be sure to have 100% efficiency in the scanners, or as close as possible.

For example, with 5 scanners in the plot, not all days you get biodata when start scanning, it is a matter of luck. And the more biodata you have, the longer between findings.

If you only have 1 scanners, you may need 1-2 weeks to find biodata, or find 3 times in the same week

You would need to control your email address. If you don’t then you don’t control your passport.

If you know that someone else also controls your email address then the best solution would be to change things so they no longer can access your email address. If that’s not possible then you would need to transfer your stuff to a different address. Could be a new passport account or a metamask controlled imx wallet.

But I guess first question should be… is there anything IN your passport wallet that you believe is compromised? Or is everything already in a metamask controlled wallet that is the secondary wallet for your account?

Even when I log in to Ilbium with my previous email address, I can't see the information about the land I purchased.

My account name used to be my email address, but now it's a different account name, and when I check the land I've purchased, the number of lands I own is listed as "0."

Do you have any idea how long ago you made the purchase? Do you remember if you had used a metamask wallet to make the purchase or if it was just a passport account (using an email address)?

Do you think that you would know what wallet address your land should be in?

There was no transaction information on MetaMask, so I think it was probably a Passport account.
I wish I could remember the name of the place...

Well… since metamask does not support immutable X network natively you won’t see it there anyways. You could search for your metamask address on immutascan and it could be seen there

Why is there no notification settings for Illuvium zero app some sort of daily reminder maybe for your Extractors it would be free marketing

I would question the marketing effect since it would only pop up if you already have the game installed.
But could definetly be a helpfull reminder to do x-actions. (Remember this topic came up already in the zero community)

Unfortunately Zero is on a development stop currently and i don't think we can expect such changes.

do you know when the team might be getting back to doing more dev work on Zero? Or are they still fully focused on the new MMO light version of OW?

No i don't know.

They are for sure focused on MMO for a very long time, since it needs a lot of time to build one... even just a vertical slice of a part of an MMO.
I guess the question is if at some point they would hire additional workforce just for Zero instead of MMO.
In my opinion, that's probably at a point in time where they either are almost done with a first iteration of a fully built out MMO, they get so much revenue they can start building on multiple pipelines again or when MMO does so insanely bad they have to pivot.
