A few days ago, my guildmate @half pelican was crafting a lot of weapons, and a few hours later, his account was banned for several days. After numerous appeals to support and moderators, his account was finally unbanned, but he lost several days for no reason.
Today, following the latest update, I decided that my ranger would need a variety of weapons. To achieve this, I:
- spent money on fuel;
- spent money on ingots;
- invested time into crafting.
As a result, my account was also banned.
If I understand correctly, you have a filter that reacts to overly active actions, even if they are performed manually. As a player who contributes to your project with both money and time, I am extremely disappointed by this experience.

First of all, check that you have completed the withdrawal process by going to your passport, withdraw funds, and then click pending withdrawal
If it's not there and 'ready' then make sure that it is not in fact in IMX or zkEVM

Go to Immutable passport and connect your wallet. You'll be able to see there
You can also use immutascan, paste your wallet address there and you'll be able to track all your transactions. Might be the best way to see where you funds are
But are yo usure you have fully completed the withdraw process, as it has a couple of steps. Pending, and ready

Best I can suggest is wait for around 24 hours after the transaction, and if it's still not there we'll look into it further. But sometimes blockchain transactions can just take time

I can see it on imx passport, but it shows that it's on my secondary wallet and needs to be moved to passport. Then when I try to do that, I get that second message.

I tried adding money about 12 hours ago from MetaMask to Passport via Illuvium site and their bridge. The Eth is gone from my MetaMask but balance hasn’t made it to Passport.

Check if your balance is showing in your wallet on Tokentrove. There has been a lot of display issues regarding withdrawals recently
They have to be in your wallet if you unstaked them, check etherscan and make sure the SLP contract is added in your wallet

so every issue may be different and i went thru your message history (and taime's) and do not see details on what you asking exactly, If you initiated a withdrawal, and you do not see them in Pending there may be 2 issues
- MM is not actually connected to the illuvidex and you have to click manually
- transfer has been made to your MetaMask, but withdrawal was not initiated
If you send me a ticket thru #❓❓〕support and provide me with your wallet address (no DMs) I can check real quick and send you steps (if you see the withdrawal on tokentrove, you can finalize it there if you want)

Your funds are ready to be withdrawn you just need to finish the process. Go to tokentrove connect your MM wallet (the one you sent your funds to) and finish the withdrawal process.

The cause of the block, as it turns out, is not any wrongdoing on my part but an issue with the game’s algorithm.
Based on my experience, it appears that in Illuvium, there is an algorithm that blocks accounts if a player crafts multiple types of weapons for the ranger within a short period. However, this behavior should not be treated as a violation.
These four days of being blocked have resulted in significant losses:
-I missed the opportunity to level up my Illuvials in Overworld;
-I couldn’t farm skins on my paid land in Zero;
-I was unable to train in Gauntlet.
I urgently request you to review ticket #68273, confirm that the block was triggered by a game algorithm that mistakenly flagged crafting multiple weapons as suspicious behavior, and promptly lift the restrictions on my account.
Blocking honest and paying players without addressing their issues in a timely manner is unacceptable. I am losing not only my gaming progress but also the money I invested in the game.

Could use some help. I thought I nay have had a contract on my wallet that was redirecting funds to someone else. I went in to etherscan and deleted a couple of contracts. I now cant log into illuvium. Have I done something that cant be reversed? Have I lost all my illuvium stuff?

Typically failure to connect has to do with other wallet extensions getting in the way. Turning things like phantom off often helps.

When you say “deleted contracts” do you mean that you revoked approved spending limits for tokens? Should not be related.

The image you shared is showing SEASON 1. That’s the same thing as PRE-SEASON 1. The dates are entirely different. Use the arrows to get to PRE-SEASON 1.

When you log in to your passport use the same email you always use for illuvium
Correct, if you keep your land in your external wallet, you can have access to the land but you can't list, sell or move the land from the passport account because you don't have access to the main wallet. I assume you have it in a HW wallet correct?

You won't be able to even see your land in your passport IlluviDex UI but you can now play them loggin in with the passport. when you want to see your land in IlluviDex you need to select the log in option ''connect wallet'' do so and then you can see your land in the IlluviDex

If you mean a WITHDRAWAL from imx network to ethereum mainnet and if you mean you already started that withdrawal then there is nothing anyone can do to undo that. It will either be COMPLETED or wait to be completed.

If it’s a contract then you may be able to use a site like revoke.cash to remove any suspicious spend permissions

The IlluviDex has some issues with these withdrawals sometimes. It’ll probably be easiest to use tokentrove.com

How long ago did you withdrew them? You need to wait a bit for it to show up but the IlluviDex UI is a bit bugged. Go to tokentrove connect the MM wallet you sent your funds to wait fir the withdrawal ti be completed and finish the process there.

Once in your wallet you can transfer your tokens anywhere you want, you don't need to bridge them and use Ethereum Main Net to send them. You could have also sent them straight to your binance wallet (look at the wallet withdrawal options it's there)

Fee's are to do with the Ethereum blockchain and how active it is. The fee is called 'Gwei' and I'm afraid we have no control over it at illuvium labs.

I received a message from support regarding the unban: "Are you satisfied with the resolution, and is the issue resolved?" In response, I informed them that the problem is not resolved, as I’m now encountering a 403 error after the unban.
I have a few theories about this issue:
-VPN problem – I’m ruling this out because the error persists even when using a computer without VPN.
-Incomplete unban – The issue arose right after the unban, which suggests that some restrictions might not have been fully lifted from my account.
-A personal theory – Since I was banned for performing a large number of simultaneous actions (crafting many types of weapons), perhaps some sort of "stop-filter" was applied to my account. It seems I can play for a few minutes, then get hit with the 403 error, forcing me to wait 5–10 minutes before being able to play for another short period. This might be an intentional limitation placed on my account.

I created several shards yesterday, today I have a similar problem too.

Hello, I have a question: Are there any rules in the game that prohibit farming and crafting supreme items to make money if we can? What kind of discriminatory action is it if someone gets banned for this?
My friend ran out of money and wanted to progress to higher levels this way to eventually grow their income, but they were banned from the overworld for it. So, does someone who invests time and effort, working hard for a few cents, really deserve a ban?
There is not rules against gridning resources, crafting mass amounts and selling them no. IF this is how he chooses to make some income to progress that is totally fine.
However, there is anti-cheat systems in place that are triggered on certai nactions. One of these is entering and exiting zones or doing certain actions very very quickly. This will flag you as a bot, give you an in-game warning, and if you do it again, you'll likely receive a ban. If your friend is infact banned and you thinks it's to do with this, then send a support ticket to #❓❓〕support and they will review + unban if nothing is wrong.
But, to answer your question, what he is doing to make some cents is perfectly fine, just be cautious when taking actions very quickly

Today when I logged in on Illuvidex.illuvium.io ( which I guess is the mainnet) I logged with the same wallet, and it asked me to enter a name and I put a different name from the one on the testnet, but I checked and the wallet code is the same, the difference is that on testnet it shows the activity and on mainnet it shows no activity. Should I synchronize it somehow to update the mainnet with the activity?
The IlluviDex sometimes has issues when doing the withdrawal process. Send me your passport address and I can take a look eventually. It should take your metamask wallet to complete the withdrawal process.

Unless someone is using a bridging tool (like layerswap or orbiter) there’s not going to be any other way to get the tokens off of imx network than using the native immutable withdrawal process which withdrawals from imx to ethereum mainnet.
