This tx was a transfer. So I assume it was a transfer from your passport to your metamask controlled imx address. The page would have said not to close the window. Either you closed it or there was some connection issue. Whatever the reason the illuvium website is not tracking your tokens in your metamask anymore.

At this point the thing to do is to connect your metamask to tokentrove.com to start the ACTUAL withdrawal process.

I used add funds to transfer from my MM to my account a couple hours ago.
I can see the funds when I go on to TokenTrove. If I send them from there to my account will that cause an issue? I know how to do it I just don't know if I should since I already started the process through my account page.

That means the funds are already in IMX, do the same add funds you just did but this time select add from IMX wallet and connect the same L1 wallet you used, you should be able to see your funds there and transfer them to your passport

I have no idea what led you to send your eth to the wrong chain. The illuvium website would never have led you to that. Illuvium does not use zkEVM at all.

at this point I assume you’ve only transferred your tokens to your metamask wallet. You will likely find it easiest to just use tokentrove.com to withdraw your tokens. Use your metamask to connect to that site. Then start the withdrawal from immutable x network. You’ll need to come back to the site later to process the final step completing the withdrawal, paying the gas fee for the mainnet transfer.

Hello community, I am seeing something strange when I go to claim the ILV from my passport to my Metamask, the problem I see is that the address of my Metamask is slightly different from the address shown in the immutable transfer box, for example:

sILV is the old dead token. The old v1 staking contracts still are forced to mint it sometimes. Immutable smart contract, saves gas doing it this way. It’s best to ignore it when that happens.

When you say withdrawal fees what transactions are you meaning? Are you withdrawing deposited ILV from the staking contract? Are you withdrawing claimed ILV rewards from the staking contract? Are you withdrawing in game rewards from immutable X chain?

Typically you can estimate the costs by assuming the gas usage to be between 150,000-200,000. So 200,000*9gwei=1,800,000gwei to make that gwei look like ETH then move the decimal 9 spaces to the left. 10^-9 x 1,800,000=0.0018eth is a decent estimate.

this will send it to your metamask on ethereum mainnet. Then you would have your transfer it from there to your exchange.

With gwei at 9 it’s not a bad time to finish the tx. But you probably can’t finish it now if you did not start it at least 8 hours ago.

Follow the directions. Do NOT close the window when it says not to close the window.

Otherwise it will be more difficult and you will have to do other things to make it work.

Hi , I tried the same process on a different browser on a different laptop. In both cases, I get the IMX and MetaMask wallet pop ups. I then get the indefinite spinning at the migration page

Last night I tried to put sILV2 into my Passport and something has gone wrong.
I tested it with a small amount first and had no issue, so I do know the steps.
When I tried with a larger amount I did the first step, confirmed everything through my Ledger but it is stuck in pending. I thought it was just going to take awhile and I went to bed. Woke up this morning and it is still in pending. I can't cancel the transaction. I can't send more sILV2 through until this one is done. I am hoping to get some help through here because I have heard IMX support is slow and I really want to be able to buy D1sks today.😫

It’s possible migration does not work anymore but There’s actually no need to migrate at this point anyways.

Just use a passport account and add a secondary wallet connection so it can READ that your land is in your metamask controlled imx wallet. Here’s how
