That’s a different issue. Either they claimed it and it’s on their passport. Or they claimed it and then tried to withdraw it from imx chain to ethereum mainnet and that IS delayed. Delayed by the chain withdrawal.

These ones towards the end. Must select transfer via deposit address if you want to send using your exchange wallet.
Other chains may be cheaper. Like I was testing it using bsc chain.

The UI has issues due to some strange data on ImmutableX. You could look for listings on other imx marketplaces like tokentrove.com

The thing to do is to press B in game and tell the devs about what you’ve seen and failed to get the points for even though you completed it.

But I may have gathered some information
for example, a new account that starts scoring today! compared to an account that has already scored! i.e. the new account will get more points for this season because it still has a lot of points to earn while the old account from last season has already completed the missions and will depend solely on the rest of the missions to score how does that seem to be balanced? isn't it a bit confusing?
will the daily missions be worth more? will they have more relevance? how did that work out? because those of us who have our accounts up and running and almost everything complete, how will we score?
You are talking about milestones. Missions do not carry over.
Perhaps the idea is for long term accounts to have even further milestones to accomplish. But yes the milestones are certainly wonky at the moment

If your issue hasn't fixed by restarting chrome like our friend above, I would suggest try resetting cache and cookies and see if that nudged the issue
Claim page is planned to open within 48-72 hours. They are just adjusting rewards from bots and exploiters to make sure we all get the right allocation

If you was banned for scanning and spamming regions, and ignored the warning mesage, then you need to go through support.

With regards to the issue of current milestone points, will there be action taken towards this?
Last season we gave our benefit of the doubt despite the 1M issue, zero lands nerfed and etc. and still chose to trust the developers and made our way to Top One. Spending hours and money to achieve it. But seeing as past issues haven't really been solved to date, it worries us and demotivates us to continue playing the game further.
And we've heard nothing from the team from the current issue.

I didn’t. I thought because I didn’t have any assets before test net I didn’t need to.
That is as intended, sILV2 is like a gift card so that it can only be used once and then burned, and the only way to do so is for it to be used to purchase things straight from illuvium (Fuel, Illuvitar Disks, Land Sales, etc) and not in the marketplace

Did you do the last part and transfer your founds to your passport? Look at the last steps of the guide. If you haven't (that is probably the case) go to add founds but this time select the IMX wallet option and select the same wallet you used a few days ago

I think when the switch happened i created a new account. Using the same email as the previous one on the old system. So the new system wont fully switch over and it allows me to view my assets but not use them. Not sure how to fix this...

I'm worried about it because I was told the daily/weekly missions were the way, then I spent almost 50$ buying the needed Solon (almos 12k) and completed 2 weekly missions yesterday and points weren't added for one of them. The Season 2 started yesterday, so I should get the points for both weekly by completing the missions, not just one. I even created a ticket but I think it will take a few weeks to get help there.
I think the points went to a limbo between Season 1 and Season 2 despite the Season 2 had started already (it was AFTER the snapshot)

You probably didn't do the last part that is to send it to the passport. Do the same thing you did but now select deposit from IMX wallet and use the same L1 one....your founds should be there

Again I’ve never looked at any specific accounts on the back end. I’m basically a glorified discord moderator.
But the way the system works is that it automatically red flags accounts that exhibit behavior that exceeds one of a few specific thresholds that the devs determined to be unnatural. However, it’s becoming glaringly obvious that some of those thresholds were inaccurately set. You may benefit from submitting another support ticket. I’m not yet certain what the devs are doing with this yet though.
Now the game at least warns players to stop doing some of these things. But recently players have been ignoring the warnings as well. And they have also been banned.

I had the same issue. No points earned for one weekly mission, but the mission was marked as completed. I completed 2 actually, but only 1 earned me points. The Season 2 started on 1st September and the snapshot was taken at 0:00. so the missions completed starting from Sunday 0:01 should account for Season 2 since they were completed after the snapshot. Had to create a ticket but I'm afraid the lack of information will lead me to money loss (I spent almost 50 dolars on Solon to complete the mission) since I didn't get the points
In my case, it seems the points went to season 1 AFTER the snapshot was taken, since it was Sunday night (1st of September) and the Season 2 had started already (the points were set back to zero in the morning), so it is the same as not counting.
I believe more ppl had the same issue and is not even aware of it

You have to bridge it. Thats the individually created bridge address they are giving you to use and then be able to track the tokens across the bridge.
Thats the address you are being told to send it to. So Layerswap can know that you made a deposit to be bridged.
Simply transferring to the IMX address from Coinbase or any other CEX won’t work. Because that’s going to be an address on the wrong network.

One possibility is that it’s a rounding error. Try editing the number of tokens by taking the last number off the long line of decimals. For example 1.3490851716199583 becomes 1.349085171619958

Beta testnet ended when main net started. You do not keep anything from testnet because it’s a TEST net.
On the 25th of July everyone started fresh and had all in game assets removed, because again, they were not real. It was a fake testnet.
If you are referring to airdrop points and rewards, simply create a passport wallet using the same email address and it will have all your airdrop information connected, and you can start playing the main net and collecting assets and nfts (that will not be wiped ever again)
Please refrain from accusations of deceit though. This is simply not true

I have an idea to make ilv overworld not boring. (I'm fed up with the current gameplay, it's repetitive and not interesting at all)
- First: When entering the game, players are not allowed to bring illuvials. They can only bring suits, weppons and equipment.
- Entering the game, players will have to randomly collect their own squad (these illuvials only exist in the game and are not cast into nfts). This makes players have to adapt in each match, it's challenging, not boring.

Because you do not need to migrate your account. Your account is probably just a testnet account. It does not have any resources or mainnet history that needs to be migrated. It’s basically just a NEW mainnet account. Just create an account using that email address in the passport login section.

Restarting and then FAILING to reach wave 30 on the checkpoint second attempts will not be counted.
Using a checkpoint resets your saved progress to the checkpoint.
If you do not restart at a checkpoint then you should get it.
(I guess it’s possible that reaching wave 30 may actually mean defeating wave 30. I am not even sure what that mission says.)

The screenshot is of the time period that just ended (season 1). Check the dates. Keep clicking the arrows to get to the dates that you actually played the game and earned points.

I think this is an error occurring due to some kind of "space" issue. I experience this myself almost daily due to stacking Illuvials too close. It is a big issue though, since I've experienced that it uses my "evolution points" despite not evolving. Often resulting in my Illuvials not being as highly evolved as my opponents - and therefore a loss. If you try to move some of the closest Illuvials further away, it should fix it. But yeah it should be fixed asap.
