It's not a mini game in that sense. It's a proper game that sits alongside the main game. The difference is that 2d games are usually much easier.

IZ isn't as easy as hand drawn stuff, but it's a lot easier than the main game.

Based on Aarons interview with Zyonik, it had something to do with the opposing team's element. So the more Nature illuvials the enemy has the more your fire illuvial can go hyper. I just dont know how it works if its cumulative on a round basis or its something thats triggered based on a threshold.

I like the idea of a vertical hyper bar on the left hand side as well, it feels like a much more clearer view for sure.

It looks iffy in the middle, and having it on the left hand side vertically just seems a lot more natural IMO

I think what could work so as not to ruin the symmetry of the hp bar is you have dots right below the HP/Energy bar indicating the hyper level status. So say 4 or 5 empty dots and each dot gets highlighted to show the hyper level.

Seems to work more with 5 and maybe can increase representation some more with half dots to indicate percentages in 10s. It doesnt need to be dots but I think location would be cleared below the hp/energy bar. The side location might be too condensed and make it difficult to gauge the percentages

Not sure how they are planning on generating feedback, but if there's a survey of some sort for beta testers, insights on details like this could be found out

The reason being that there are two things we need to do. 1) Show in detail how the game operates. 2) Hype people up with what the gameplay looks like.

For the purpose of the trailer we wanted to add in some cinematic elements to build a great vibe. This trailer wouldn't be as good if we showed the player stopping and looking in their menu, or a 20 second mining transaction. The trailer will help people outside the community to know the general vibe of how things work, and then I will make some videos of me talking about the game as I play it. They just serve two different purposes.

I think thats the version that you can render from the replay. But anybody could view any match they have in that detail I believe. Just not in real time during the game.

Now we've never denied that it's gonna take stupid hardware to play this game at max graphics.
It runs and looks good on low end specs too, but you aren't getting next gen, worlds best graphics on a PS5, that's not how it works

Depends how you define "max" graphics. cause technically the game has 4-8k textures, fur and groom with insane fur counts, RTX soft shadows, high GI bounces
