the Pb4 video. It basically shows you purchasing fuel at a toprail but the fuel is actually being purchased from the landowner supply which is lower priced. The bonus fuel basically becomes the difference. If i understand the concept correctly.

First I didn't like this top rail solution, but it is starting to grow on me.
We basically have a fixed price for OW runs, kind of like paying with coins for play time on an old arcade machine.
At the same time we can experiment with a Zero economy and who knows, maybe a few years down the road we can raise the upper rail or even remove it.
But for now it is probably the best route to go to market for mainstream.

Yeah, its a good compromise till economy is stable including IZ P2E lots have close to optimal fuel output when those numbers are more known by the team they can provide information on whether the fuel demand and supply is in a good spot to either lift the toprail solution making it a free market and/or introduce more lands if need be. The point here is before we try to change the system lets test it out first ๐

level of detail is greatly reduced, but due to the light and atmosphere it just stylizes the world a little more.. that way we still have the pretty aesthetics, but a lot less work for cpu/gpu ๐
