ive spent some serious cash on games like summoners war and raid shadow legends. i love the rng aspect of getting something insanely good.

Tbh though, my least favorite things are getting the same units everyone else gets, and shard systems. Like, when i pull an insane unit, i wanna be done. i want my gameplay changed from that point on. But most gacha's these days do a shard system, so i gotta pull a gg unit 15 times to get him leveled up. That takes away about 100% of the dopamine for even getting that unit.

I don't think the market matters. The lower the market values, the lower the barrier of entry which will mean more people. It also means more people need to make money, so playing video games and making money are synonymous with this game. People will play in a bear market. In a bull market, people who are looking for longer term investment may play, but that's likely not the majority demographic. Whales pay for the show usually, but they are never the majority.

Since they are sweeping a wide range of games, and seem to be in development overdrive at 12 hours a day 6 days a week, market volatility within this ecosystem might spike when they stop releasing content. The market likely won't have much of a say in anything unless it literally dies beyond resuscitation. That's why gamestop for example is still so strong, because the lower it goes, the more availability there is for people to purchase it.

The profit in any passive / active ish income like housing or oil or even this game comes from patience. It's over time. So, market fluctuations may foil some peoples plans of a quick rick and morty in and out strategy. But for all the people getting in now, they will be completely unphased since they don't plan on selling for a loss, and they are playing the long game.

Depending on how the flow of fuel works, it's possible that it could take 6-18 months to pay off a property just from residuals. But I think smart plays such as blueprint farming to increase capital gains, buying land close to itself or in blocks, and automating as much as possible should snowball itself. Especially if you roll profits into the vault contracts

For example, if I purchase 10 plots of land right now from someone, I'd likely pay less buying in bulk. Then, I'm out of cash and don't have enough to buy another set of 10, so I'd take whatever cash I have under that threshhold and throw it in a contract. If I know the residuals from fuel will take a minimum of 60 days to reach the next plot purchase threshhold, i'd lock up that extra money in the vault. When the day comes to unlock it, I'd buy another 10 and lock the remaining back into the vault.

I can't answer that because I'm unsure how the travel system works. It could be better to hunker down and buy a plot of 10 neighboring territories. It could be better to diversify into each continent.

Also the resources and fuel needed to attempt to scan (scanning isn't perpetual) will take longer on T1 so it may take you 1 full day to mine resources to scan for some set time but a T2 plot could be ready in say 8 hours. So you get mote attempts with higher tiered land

There's a few paperhands jumping ship already, so you may be able to scrape some bulk purchases together as the floor lowers. Other than that, I don't think it's really pertinent to anything. True. But its not like 1 more Synergy will be stop level power over an opponent that doesn't have armor. Sure it gives a small amount of "pay to win" but just the very nature of how the market will work makes the entire game no matter how you put it, pay to win.

And I imagine even "Free To Play" players will at some point be able to afford the cheaper Armors, which will give the same benefit as the more expensive version (T1 and T3 give same Synergy)

Way back when before the first batch of participants was let in to test the private beta, I remember the team was aiming for higher PC specs... and I believe Grant even mentioned they were testing the peak game performance and settings. I think that's what the first batch of testers was based on.

As far as testing and messing around goes, I think the first instance of that is going to be the Open Alpha for the landowners. I'm actually not sure if T0 will be available for everyone to "test" at that point But would that be what you're asking for? T0 testing available when other landowners are able to test in the Open Alpha?

Hi ! Thanks to @near pier and @lusty mantle for solving my problem With beta access. Just a short feedback for the Illuvium team.
Tried out the game 1 hour ago, it’s really amazing, funny to play, easy to understand, high quality is a bit too much fort computer so I tried low/medium quality and it’s working very well. I am happy to continue to play this and I am sure this will be a big boom in nft gaming ! Well done continue like this, you can be proud !
